Sir!!! Taking away my sourdough is cruel and unusual punishment. 😭But, yes I did not buy any today. So there’s none in the house.

But I’m pissed. I’m so bloated right now. I was flat and 185 early this morning

No I’m bloated and fat as fk and miserable .
All I ate so far was 2 cups of coffee
Some chicken with bbq sauce .
A few crackers
And a snarky one frozen dinner
And a two ounce dip of cranberry juice

And now my belly is the size of Montana ani gained 5 pounds in 8 hours.

This makes me want to slit my wrists. And this is why I know at the end of this 90 days nothing will be any different.
I’ll look exactly the same .

Just watch. Now I’m angry bloated and miserable and depressed

I’m not sure if the tren makes me crazy or if my test and est are whacked but I cry over everything- yesterday at work I was was all choked up reading my Miata Welcome Booklet. The Mazda people are so nice and friendly. 😭🥹

My hubby is here being supportive but really he’s mostly telling me what to do. I have a play date later and I feel like loser so won’t be able to Don if I feel like loser.

Your hormone levels are messing with your already messed up bipolar issues. Your on Tren and that can really mess up your mind. How are your prolactin levels?

Sirs, meanwhile I did an extra work out today On my own mainly to get a little pump before going out but also added some cardio as I’m committed to staying on that.

-Stairs warm up 3 min
- warm up 5 min
-Row machine warm up 1000 meters

- DB shoulder ( light) 4x12 30s
-incline chest DB ( light) 4x12 35s
-Superset w planks 45 sec x 3
-DB tricep (behind head) 4x20 20s/30s
- incl bench DB bicep 24 (12/12) x4 30s
-tricep ( cable ) push down) 4x20

I go lighter weight when Dan isn’t there to avoid Injuries)

FOOD Haven’t eaten anything all day except a Lenny cookie.

HA Sir I’m not fasting 🤪 I just forgot to eat cuz I been hours behind sked all day for my fun fun

I’m home now and I’m starving and it was brutal trying to avoid eating treats in the city And then white knuckling the drive past Jack in the Box

Made it home. I am going to treat myself to these fish filets Not super great but not too bad 💪💪

lol I know.Sir And I especially love kitties. And since we put the dog down all I can think is what if i have to make that decision for Victoria one day. Then I start thinking about our advance health care directives. What kind of decision is that to have to make some day.
. Then on you tube there was a vid and this worthless sack of shit Literally walks up to and kicked a cat like a football. And my whole soul is broken since I saw that. I wanna blow that guys brains out. I’d bite his throat open and drop kick his head and stuff him down storm drain.
I don’t understand.

But The diet is working I have more energy
now it a game to push for healthy food and see if I can stomp the cravings.
As far as lifting I just keep getting stronger.

Being accountable here really helps. 🥰

Yea Sir. I doubt I can pull that off but I am going to go do my cardio walk this morning and cook some steaks today.

I’m not getting enough protein. Under 100/day

I don’t know how many calories to eat either.
Should probably be using fit pal to log detsila5

I’m trying to cut and get bigger at the same time which Might not be realistic.

hungry all the time so im must be in a deficit But I dont want to lose any gains
