Sir we
are blessed In NorCal. I grew up surrounded by stunning natural beauty at every turn. And good weather for 9 months
We have a mountain top regional park system that rings the bay and the bay trail at sea level.
I even belong to a mens hiking group but can’t attend cuz hikes are always on my work day.

Well Sirs I only ate 3 not 5 tacos. I ate one at the truck then brought the rest home and acted like I
only bought 4
2 for him 2 for me 😂😂

No gluten at least Just a little corn tortilla and a few ounces of meat and potato.

💪💪 steaks and bacon for dinner. 💪💪

There’s so much work to be done Sirs. The back side is nowhere near ready for summer shorts.
There’s isn’t enough time to address all the flaws.

Need to work that gravity defying part that pops at the top ….

Or maybe just duct tape. The flaws are relentless

New target weight will have to be 165
But the thighs and claves need more to pop.

meat wont fatten you up just drop the other stuff, make sure you dont eat the tacos too much maybe just 1 :)

Actually Sir the very first time I decided to try gym was in 1989. ( I was always a skinny kid with a 28 inch waist and figure skaters butt.)
So at maybe age 23 I got a trainer at Golds SF Cuz I had a Pell grant check to blow lol)

He had me in a high cardio no fat program cuz
In the 80s Cutting fat calories was the current rage and being trim and and tight and cut was in.
And I was flat tight with a hint of abs perky little ass 5’9 And 135 pounds. Zero muscle .

So my non fat body actual weight would be 135 now.
So if you take a 135 build and add 20-30 pounds of muscle on top… that gives me 165-175 total

At 5’9 and a shredded 170 ish that would be hot
But at 59 it may be impossible and maybe the wrong look. Versus beefy but tight.

But whatever I’m just going to take all the steps per BroBros direction and see how it plays out.

At the very least I’m going to be strong and fit and healthy.

The meat making me fat comment was just kidding …. cuz BM said he liked me better fatter. And since I’m all hot for him i gotta keep him happy.😂😂😂😈

I don’t know anything about competition standards but aesthetically from a walking down the street standard your arms and back , shoulders etc all that and tight defined is exactly perfect. 👍 💪
 
Bros it's good to do stomach vacuuming in front of the mirror and practice breathing techniques too good for your diaphragm

I get Dexa scan tomorrow

If I want to know how many pounds of muscle I have on my body I’d use the percentage ?

So if my goals to be 135 (my original pre “old and fat” size/weight plus say 40 pounds of training muscle added to get a total weight of 175 pounds …

How does that work. Is that the right goal? What body fat percent would that be? Does it even matter as long as I look good in Levi’s😂
