I’ve started taking the phentermine I got from Dr a while back, this week. So I’m barely eating the last 2 days. If I can get the weight off quickly then I can focus on building back up..
ten pounds ( goal 175) to go and lose it in 5 weeks combined with the walk every day makes me feel a little strange but I think it will work🤞🏼.

Yes Sir the small remaining bit of cake is in the car and going in the garbage.

I’m also breaking my cranberry juice habit. I usually drink a gulp in little Dixie cups 2 ounces… but do that ten times a day including the very first thing in the morning and before bed at night. That’s doses of useless sugar all day.

With less bloat I can isolate this line and section of fat to be addressed. Burning off that fat is the slow tedious task.

I’m very dehydrated and barely eating( on the phentermine) but can see the remaining ten pounds to lose is the actual fat to burn. This will be a slow and tedious process for the next ten weeks and I’m going to lose my upper body gains. I can get those back but getting rid of this long term fat should probably be th priority right now. This is usually as far as I get. Ten pounds of fat should make a meaningful change in the total percentage
22% ——goal——>> 15%
185——-goal——>> 175

Today goals
-Supps and juices
-Morning walk
-Training at 1
-Log food
-Add whey powder to get protein up

-No sugar

it sounds like you're starting to understand what junk food is all about
you felt like crap after eating the cake just imagine how much it's stunting your progress

Yes Sir now I’m isolating foods effects results and it’s motivating because I’m also seeing changes I like. I’ve waited for three to see any results in my arms. Not that there is visible progress I know longer think I’m wasting my time money 💰

I can not fast. Sir. It’s just not possible. Especially with my work sked. I can cut back.
The prescription helps. Short term 21 days. 🙏🥹

Yes Sir I understand. Got it from my Dr but will not refill it. It’s just a 21 day supply. I have no will power around food. This will help me get the jump start and break some cravings. 🙏
 
Bros phentermine fine in short run, but don't use long term

Even more than diet Sirs I struggle with consistency when it comes to meds supplements etc I have a very expensive injectable drug (egrifta) that I get free it specifically stimulates the elimination of fat deposits. It works if I take it every day but I go days of forgetting.
My memory and ability to focus and to keep track of things is getting worse.
