@SFDom415 thats true but 1 week will just make it that much better. Give it time and concentrate on training and diet.But I only get this one afternoon to meet all my fun needs. Now I have to wait a week. Or more . I need two per week.
awesome pics but dont look at the chocolatePics from walk today. I ran out of time so only did the waterfront from oracle park (giants) to Ferry building Market Place. Being jns high end gourmet food market when you are fast g walking is a challenge but I didn’t eat any of it. Although it’s all very high quality food.

And went from this to this This belly is the default The minute instant eating like a normal person . So I’m wasting my time with this because not eating isn’t a sustainable option.

and cheat meals with carbs can make you retain water
1 gram of carbs = 2 grams of water under skin
so 200 grams of carbs = 400-500grams of water thats a lot + glycogen stores

I went from 187 to 192 back to 188 in six hours and obsessing over that is a waste of energy. Sugar and wheat products are the Devil. I have isolated that reality. That is the craving and that is the bloating.
I’m on track today and excited about the beach walk. Being at that particular beach (the pacific is rough and loud at this beach ) has the most mind clearing effect. It’s really amazing.
I’m going to mix some jogging with the walking and do at least an hour with my heart rate up.![]()

Yeah I used to log my true thoughts and feelings and treat it like a journal for my log, after what happened I might just keep that stuff private and just post my training and my food with the workouts, I've been out of action over 3 weeks, im going to try and get back into the gym by next week, you are also valued and appreciated brother much loveThank you kind Sir.
