Pics from walk today. I ran out of time so only did the waterfront from oracle park (giants) to Ferry building Market Place. Being jns high end gourmet food market when you are fast g walking is a challenge but I didn’t eat any of it. Although it’s all very high quality food.

Serious beach walk tomorrow At Ocean Beach. It’s huge.

Walking in sand is an extra work out
Maybe I can find a good time after that.

Wow this is some total bs . I didn’t eat anything but a protein bar till dinner tonight and gad ine cheat meal if pancakes snd bacon snd juice and gained 5 pounds in one hour.

And went from this to this This belly is the default The minute instant eating like a normal person . So I’m wasting my time with this because not eating isn’t a sustainable option.

and cheat meals with carbs can make you retain water
1 gram of carbs = 2 grams of water under skin
so 200 grams of carbs = 400-500grams of water thats a lot + glycogen stores

yes Sir I know you’re right. That breakdown is helpful to see. It puts the facts out so I can stay in line. Of course I bloatedup I knew it would happen. And it’s mainly water. I went from 187 to 192 back to 188 in six hours and obsessing over that is a waste of energy. I also had also drank so much orange juice and some cranberry juice yesterday

Sugar and wheat products are the Devil. I have isolated that reality. That is the craving and that is the bloating.

I’m on track today and excited about the beach walk. Being at that particular beach (the pacific is rough and loud at this beach ) has the most mind clearing effect. It’s really amazing.
I’m going to mix some jogging with the walking and do at least an hour with my heart rate up. 👍💪

Yes Sir I’m very determined. I’ll post the beach oics later we are at the movies The doggopotumusses we’re out in force. Got lots of doggo pics That is the happiest dog beach They go nuts and never a fight. I could have stayed all day.

These coast guard boats were doing rough crazy rough surf maneuvers And I got a selfie with some coast guards

Passed previous best of 135 bench previous week to 140 full reps then 150. Also oases best in previous incline

Of course I have no social life but if I can get the time management together and I guess just sleep less, I can do all this and do do all my house chores and errends and work and hopefully find two days a week for other stuff. Yeah I used to log my true thoughts and feelings and treat it like a journal for my log, after what happened I might just keep that stuff private and just post my training and my food with the workouts, I've been out of action over 3 weeks, im going to try and get back into the gym by next week, you are also valued and appreciated brother much love 😎 💪

I’m sure once you get back, you ll bounce back. just be careful at first so you don’t get an injury. You look and are amazing, yes including legs. 💪

those are some nice pictures it's good to see how people are living their lives

I mean with that type of Beach and scenery what else do you need right? The only thing is the ocean I bet is really cold
