I mean with that type of Beach and scenery what else do you need right? The only thing is the ocean I bet is really cold
Yes Sir cold (56*) and dangerous. Not for swimming. No bikinis. Sometimes in Sept Oct Indian summer - everything warms up and the fog disappears.Rip currents, sleeper waves( never turn your back on it) But the surfers 🏄🏼 still go out. My aunt surfed here in the 60s there’s an area of breaks at the north end….right where the big rocks are. That’s Ocean Beach.
right across the street is Golden Gate Park 52 blocks long. Some of it feels like wilderness. It’s 100 percent man made Every tree flower grass water. This entire half of the city was nothing but miles of sand dunes.
Next time, Baker Beach and the dreaded “Sand Ladder “ ( sand and railroad ties up the side of cliff. Cardio fun.

See what happens if you ask me about SF.
The gold rush and Barbary coast history is very colorful🤣
And there’s Patty Hearst 🙀

I didn’t have time to walk today so I’m going to clim the stairs. Maybe twice .

Did it. Times it not just it mens anything but 6 flights ( 125 steps In 1:11

Yes Sir I’m very determined. I’ll post the beach oics later we are at the movies The doggopotumusses we’re out in force. Got lots of doggo pics That is the happiest dog beach They go nuts and never a fight. I could have stayed all day.

These coast guard boats were doing rough crazy rough surf maneuvers And I got a selfie with some coast guards

Of course I have no social life but if I can get the time management together and I guess just sleep less, I can do all this and do do all my house chores and errends and work and hopefully find two days a week for other stuff. Or I could let the house be a mess.

Yes Sir Struggling to get enough protein. Since I changed my diet I’m not that hungry which is weird. I don’t even eat all the food I bring for lunch.
( well it doesn’t taste good for one thing )
The whey protein might have to be necessary but god I hate drinking that stuff it will take me all day to drink it. It’s going to be necessary 😢

@SFDom415 Add ketchup to the food I find it helps the taste of chicken. Try to get some protein or protein bars, depends on how you digest them.

I saw Dr about bloodwork. He confirmed everything looks great no problems. But skme count… like how much blood is too high and so he might send me to have blood taken out. Weird but ok. guess I have too much blood.

Also he said he can give me HGH if I want if. ( I have zero copay for specialty meds)
But I can’t take egrifta and hgh Has to be one or the other.
The hgh he said will help growth ( direct growth hormone)
The egrifta specifically targets belly fat ( stimulated natural growth gir mive production)

Hard choice. So I told him after I see where I’m at with my 90 day cut Maybe I can swtich to hgh. That egrifta retails for almost 8000 a month I get it free so I hate to give up nice free things.

But hgh might make me bigger.
So
I don’t know. 🤷

Hubby uses this stuff from Costco. I don’t like drinking it But if I put this powder flavor in it then it works.i think it’s ok to use this flavoring

Nope no walk. First I got a garbage collection issue then meds to pick up the drive thru is closed my morning time is being sucked up as usual.
I can never be a body builder because this can’t be a priority when you are married and own a home your time and life are not yours. Body building life goes to the bottom of the list.

Now I dragged my ass down to the pharm wasting time and it’s not ready.
So this is how it goes every day and why I never make progress.

I used to be single lived in a tiny studio apartment in the center if the city walked everywhere didn’t own a car didn’t own anything just broke and 100 percent of my time was mine first.
But I HAD to have what everyone else had

Now im trapped in a middle class cage like an animal in a zoo.

The entire American dresm is nothing but a big fat miserable lie. I don’t even feel like training tomorrow I just want a Big Mac and fries now I’m so hungry

I put down the m&ms and got the beef stick but I’m hungry as fk

resist the urge to eat junk food don't do it
 
you seem to have a lot of emotions where you get high and then get low
it's important to remember that you've got a great life and you should appreciate it and feel blessed
