Weight 187 no weight loss.

Yesterday’s food was very good but the top secret amount of Mayo I put in that tuna threw the percentages off. Do not get between me and my best foods Mayo . Does anyone really know what a tablespoon is anyway? (the leftover amount the I lick off the spoon at the end)

The support here on my diet is resulting in real changes. It was the missing link. Trainer even said… “ now it’s all coming together and getting real results” No trainer has gotten me on track the way Evo Bros have. It’s a freaking miracle.

Yesterday I was late and rushed and didn’t take morning meds and supps… so I grabbed the weeks container and took it to work then totally spaced taking the meds and supps. When I had all night to do it. This is several times a week with the inconsistency. Now I’m looking at them but not taking them. They are right here.

Meanwhile today is a huge exciting day
First I got the new position at work moving off the front line into operations. ( same union contract but no more customer service after 43 years of “ hi can I help you” I can barely choke the words out). It’s a couple bucks an hour more and comes with a very flexible sked so I’ll finally be able to partake in the social groups I want to join. For instance I’m
Super exited tonight is my first workshop at rope burn ( restraints with rope, knots, patterns etc) I don’t think I have the patience for rope (when duct tape is so much easier) but it’s an important skill and it’s really about the access to the community networking and the dungeon access. This is a huge.
Of course social groups of my peers are terrifying. I’d rather hide out here with Bros where it’s safe.. I’m already convinced everyone will be cliquey, better looking and more experienced. Even though the fact is it’s for beginners and the fact is I will probably be one of the most in shape guys there. The key is to get a pump prior, ( I moved training to later this afternoon) look good in the Levi’s and boots. And keep my mouth shut. If I look good and don’t talk I can remain a mystery. I’m just very off-to-the-side sigma when it comes to group dynamics. My Barber said don’t worry it’s a fun group and if they ask for demonstration volunteers just volunteer. This could be my ticket to local underground stardom🙀It’s my dream.. to have people say my name at parties from SF to Palm Springs!.
Excited but i wish you’d all come with me for moral support.😳😳😳

Meanwhile good news belly is getting tighter👇
Truth is tho relaxed bloat it’s 39” and sucked in hard with tape pulled tight it’s 35. So a lot more work to do. Goal is a tight hard 34

Had a great session today I can’t believe my arms changing It’s the diet Bros have kept me on track. It’s making a huge difference.🙏

you will never go wrong eating the natural way and eating healthy
nutrition is simply the most important thing

you wouldn't feed your dog or cat junk food and you wouldn't keep a pet fish in dirty water so why do people put trash in their body I have no idea
 
Cutting weight is super simple if you notice over the course of a few weeks or months weight stops dropping pull carbs out and supplement more protein in for the calories u took out by cutting carbs back, low moderate fat high protein manipulate the carbs biggest key factor.

Yeh the pets are treated like royalty best of everything while they lay around. I should put em on a bus to Hollywood and tell ‘em don’t come back without a commercial deal.

Carbs aren't the enemy I should say simple carbs are complex carbs are not, I love sweet potatoe so good for u and for a diet and fuel!

Buckhorn grill had the best sweet potato fries lol.
But you know I’m going to eat sweet potato pie or candied yams with marshmallows and say it’s healthy. I won’t. Not till thanksgiving.

Today is leg day I HAVE to eat a decent breakfast. I’m gonna go ahead and have sausage eggs and toast and then keep it clean the rest of the day.

Weaight 182.8 down 5 pounds from yesterday

not feeling like a walk today.
Just eat and sleep I didn’t really eat yesterday so I’m tired

I need energy for leg day today

it makes sweet potato fries at home in an air fryer and just add some salt and pepper trust me it's good
 
yeah fast food and restaurant food will make you feel disgusting
