A lot of room to improve is an understatement. 90 days isn’t going to scratch the surface. I’ll have to see where I’m at NEXT summer. I hear if eating clean? That’s gonna be rough as fk

I make good breakfast good grilled cheese and good sandwiches I general

I do not know anything about cooking or seasoning.

Hubby’s from Guatemala so Central American tamales and Caldos in winter👍👍👍

I stick to tuna sandwiches
 
those kitchen air fryers are junk buy a separate one

yeah don't use the one in the oven it uses way too much electricity and it doesn't cook really well because it's so big
dang Sir I paid a lot for this fancy oven and a fridge with internet lol. Pointless but pretty
I can get countertop but no where to out in our little kitchen

If I wanted to be big like you would it take me 20 years though? I sure wish I had started 30 years ago. 😭

I really struggling to get enough protein.
Unfortunately I’m going to have to start making drinking the powder 🤢 many days I’m not even getting 100 grams.

I was chatting g with source who seems knowledgeable

I’ve settled on a cut cycle for the last six weeks of this 90 day commitment

Basically I’m keeping what I have and adding Anavar.

We talked about

Test mast win
And
Test Tren win
And hgh

I like my Tren cuz it makes me feel a little crazy. I enjoy that.
And I’ll keep my Tbol forever.

So

Hgh I can get from Dr and instance covers it 100 percent but I’m on egrifta and can’t have both

Sunday is Fun Day featuring BRUNCH so I will wake up bloated tomorrow.


Day 27 of … the rest of my life cuz apparently this doesn’t end at 90 days if I want 18” arms and 34”waist😂

Do steriods relate to nosebleed and chronic hiccups?

Morning weight
186 no real loss at all even though I look tighter.

Goal to lose one pound per week for ten weeks seems reasonable but isn’t happening. I look leaner and smaller unfortunately but whatever I’d like to exchange this body for a new one, this old one is defective.

🌴It’s another NorCal dia espectacular.🌴
Goals
Hit Planet Fit for a vanity pump and tan

Don’t over eat at brunch
Be on time and stop wasting time changing fonts and colors
Baker Beach Walk
And/or
Hunt for 🍑 at Eagle Beer Bust

Always pose for pics in every room to make sure you find the best lighting
There’s 5 minutes in the morning when belly is fiat so it has to be documented

I just have no time I’ve already missed brinch by an hour I’m still doj Flaubert and have blown have the one day off inget for fun.

I’m just so tired of not being able to make what I need a priority

There are just too many responsibilities and not enough time off. As it is I only get about 5 hours of sleep and my social life is falling alet.
It’s not a good day
I’ve barely scratched the surface of weeks of liked up neglected house responsibilities

And I never made it to the gym let alone the brunch or the beer bust no fun no sex no brunch just mountains of laundry dishes and bills
Protein is the last thing I’m thinking about right now

Yes Suir I’m at the Eagle misbehaving I had a Jell-O shot and two vodkas
But it’s going well and I needed all this attention first I got some , then came to the bar and right away this this hella ripped guy from Italy made me take my shirt off wow that guy was built and ripped af and like 35 I couldn’t believe he wa all over me. Inguess I’m doing something g right here but I’m pretty buzzed right now and probably not be paying plus I’m super hungry and I probanlybgoig to stuff a big fat cheeseburger and fries in my face
