Yeh Venice is fun and funky but a little riugh around the edges 👍 I love SoCal but is different Still very much a west coast vibe but different It’s all good here and down there Nice to have the options

Yep Sir these are useless. It’s just weak spandex and hella over priced at the 100 bucks I paid. (That’s two training sessions) I could have got the 15 dollar ones on Amazon but was smitten with this print which, isn’t even like the pic. Should have been more black than blue.

So no arm stuff till Friday and hopefully the pain is gone. The pain was I couldnt raise my arm.

He doesn’t want me lifting on my own any more without checking in first

I’m excited about finally seeing a real difference and I was wanting to rush the process now . I didn’t even stretch or use the ball in those spots first.

As of waking up now it seems better. Maybe some motrin too.

In fact I’m going to return these if I can it wasn’t Amazon so I have to check the policy. I don’t have 100 bucks to waste like this.
I’ll get the cheap colorful ones from Amazon

I’m just thrilled there is finally hope that I’m not wasting my time and money Sur. I like what I see for the first time ever.

Still too fat for the speedo🤣and my legs need to be bigger and my back seems saggy. And the ass … 59 years if gravity gonna be tough to get that nonsense to perk back up where’s it’s suppose to be. Maybe by summer . 🙏

Goals
Get MissB from the shop turns out there’s no issue I’ve been riding the clutch and it’s very sensitive so..

do morning walk even though I’m tired this week. that summer body 🏋️‍♀️

Get clean groceries and buy enough meat for prepping a week

Rest an hour before work

Get protein up 150-200 start using the whey

Take meds and supps.
I have not been taking my meds and supps even though I used the pill organizer.

Ok.Sir So here’s the thing I def want to be cut with a tight tight tight waist

Is that realistic for 59 year old ? I mean I’m going to push for it. But even if get there.. it not possible to maintain. I’m way too social to not eat

But I wil at least push tonget there Even it’s only for five minutes.

But my concern is that I’m cutting and I feel skinny up too now Like my arms.

Making my waist smaller and my arms and chest bigger at the same time… I dknt think that’s even possible.

Do I have to choose between “cut” or “thick”
As my preferred look?

I prefer cut they prefer thick.

The impossibility of it makes me fail.

To have my waist truly measure 34” even when relaxed after a meal?

Thank you Sir. I look ok in pics but I don’t look good in real life. I don’t see any of that when I look in the mirror or diwn at my body.

I just seem to photograph well. Trust me the flaws are rampant and the amount wirk needed is overwhelming

I was going to skip today because I’m pressed for time and would love to relax before my thrift this afternoon… for njce. But I know a place near the car shop on the waterfront so I’ll do 30 minutes there Sir 💪

I really blew this morning Sir Well one neal anyway. I was doing my fasting cardio walk and I get this thing where my blood sugar drops really suddenly and I get shaky dizzy and sweaty. Doc says it not anything concerning. ( diabetes etc) but it dies happen and I need to eat right away. The nearest thing was a quickie mart. I knew this would be bad news but better than a drive thru.
I found the pepperoni wrapped cheese stick for a little protein but on the way in the fist thing was the donut display and right there a maple old fashioned. It said “
Where have you been the past month you just ghosted me “ I tried to look away behind my sunglasses but it knew who I was and I knew I wasn’t getting out of the store without a confrontation. Once I was in fail mode the bag of flamin hot Cheetos was just a matter of reaching out.

But my grocery cart was 100 percent clean and perfect for the upcoming week.

I’ve got 20 minutes to rest before work💪
