I did 30 minute walk Siralthough these walks turn jnto a lot if stopping for pics… bottom line I’m up outside and active not sitting on my butt doing nothing👍

bro either hit the fasted cardio an hour or hour and a half a few times a week or hit it every day 10 or 15 minutes
A little each day fits the sked better Sir. Also when I’m I work I climb those parking garage stairs —- 6 flights. 125 steps in one minute ten seconds 😻

Aww thank you Sir, But The shorts and shirt are going back. The quality unfortunately is lacking considering I paid 100 bucks…. That’s 2 PT sessions.
Also in the pic it was black but they sent me blue. The stitching isn’t good. And it’s not real compression.

But I’m determined to find the crazy fun gym clothes that I’ve seen BB on your wearing.

I want loud colorful fun stuff so I can wear it to the grocery store 👅

I’ve completed a third of the 90 day
BroBro Championship Challenge

Yesterday’s Cheetos and donut indiscretion didn’t do any damage luckily. I’m very back on track today.

So the question is …
To shred my waist and as it relates to my weight…
I think losing ten pounds will eliminate the belly and get some abs. So 9 weeks to lose 10 pounds. 175 goal.
But it’s like a recomp right? So am I also adding Any muscle weight? Or not when I’m in a deficit?
I think getting all the fat off my body is a priority over getting bigger. The fat ruins the aesthetic and it’s unhealthy. Once it’s gone for good I can add new muscle over the summer.
I think 175 at 5’9” Age 59, Is a reasonable goal. But I’m really stuck at 185
Is walking the best fat burn?

It’s raining but I’m going to walk anyway.
I can’t promise a new beautiful location cuz I have to drive further but I’ll see what I can do🥰

Maybe I can be in the Carnival Parade next year like that guy(pics). ( you know in SF you can wear that to to the Safeway and no one will notice. ) That reminds me The 40th annual Easter in Delores Park is coming up with the hunky Jesus and foxy mary contests. Maybe by next year I can enter and win a prize!

Winning prizes for being sexy is a lifelong dream.
