Got the anavar today But I’m not sure how much to take or how often.

The Tbol I take 50mg on training days only

Next 6 weeks
Test E 300 150/150 300wk
Mast 200 200/200 400wk
Tren 150 150/150 300wk
Tbol 25 50x3 sessions
Anavar 50

Goals
Have some breakfast carbs before training
Have protein with veg and fruit lunch and dinner

Skip walking and sleep more before session

Can’t tell yet if fiber supps help it’ll take a few days

anavar typical dosages are 40-60mgs a day
 
doubt you will get much on masteron unless you are under 10% body fat

In the 80s we did mushrooms and acid

One time I had this huge bag of mushrooms cuz my friend in Sac was graduating high school so I got the supplies to bring up there. But I couldn’t wait so I got into them at home in my room in auntie and uncles house and was up there trippin all day in my bedroom and the orange sunset and clouds over Mt Tam made these huge faces in the sky I and I was on the bed and couldn’t tell if I was breathing and I think I died and I floated up to the ceiling and was looking down at myself on the bed face down. Then I was like oh shit I’m not suppose to be up here and jumped back into my body. Then I had to go work at the ice skating rink at the mall. That’s the same weekend that we all had another group out of body experience … walking along the tracks.. four of us all floating along side our bodies but not in our bodies. That was a good bag of drugs. I’m a fan of drugs, medical science and better living through chemicals. Thsinks Monsanto!

I don’t know what the kids are up to today but they don’t seem very happy.

Ok. I’m just gonna do this last few weeks big push and see what happens then a Palm Springs trip to celebrate 🎉

Some chicken sone ribs a Turkey and bacon Cobb salad meal bar cottage cheese & fruit

Plus I had 4 eggs and two slice Dave’s bread toast for breakfast

Plus this whey and creatine shake
I got about 190g protein

Good workout today waiting for Dan to send chart and vids.
Some shape appearing. Now I’m more motivated. .

Well Sir this is basically the stack I’ve been on for a long time all I have done per my sources suggestion, is add the Anavar to help cut for the second half of this evo 90 day plan im doing.
So I’ve been using Tren at 300 a week ( 150 Sundays and Wednesdays) for a while. ( in fact I need to check my emails and see when I started.

We discussed Var and wintr etc but wanted to the tren and I like the mast it helps harden. And I love Tbol And anavar is fairly mild I guess so the verdict was just add it to my stack.

I did get a little cough in the beginning and sweats but nothing now. I took my first 50mg Var yesterday so I’m paying to attention to any change in performance or results the next few weeks.

I feel I should have way more progress than I’ve had considering the 25-30k I’ve spent on trainers and supps in 3 years. But I think the aging process has simply our run my body’s abilty to respond to any of this.

I haven’t made a plan to address the aging because none of the procedures ( except Botox) are within my budget. It’s a real problem and I don’t have a solution. If I were 30 years younger and shredded I’d sell my body to men for cash and merchandise. That would have been anazing, but I missed that boat too. I missed a lot of opportunities by lacking confidence and not paying attention in my youth. 🤷
Nevertheless here’s one last push 💪 one goal at a time 🔆🔆🔆

Buying clothes online is hit and miss but these shorts are great fit cheap comfortable and quality and short enough for leg days💪
