Down about 5 pounds since starting. Assuming that’s mostly water
Goals
8 weeks to 8 lbs of fat (doesn’t count the water loss and the muscle loss)
Eat clean
Up protein
Manage carbs
Lower fat intake
most of my fat intake is butter and Best Foods Mayo (that’s Hellmans for you East of the Mississippi Bros) and no I’m not going to substitute some weird Mayo I’d rather just go without
Take meds and supps
Add fiber supplement
Keep walking
Don’t give up
For a split second my scale said 155…. Whaaaat.. it was rubbing against the wastebasket.
I can see the very slightest very faintest hidden under the fur beginnings of a four pack. I’m sucking it in hard but it’s under there. This side line is where the cut it off with a knife marker would be.
