Down about 5 pounds since starting. Assuming that’s mostly water

Goals
8 weeks to 8 lbs of fat (doesn’t count the water loss and the muscle loss)

Eat clean
Up protein
Manage carbs
Lower fat intake

😭most of my fat intake is butter and Best Foods Mayo (that’s Hellmans for you East of the Mississippi Bros) and no I’m not going to substitute some weird Mayo I’d rather just go without

Take meds and supps
Add fiber supplement

Keep walking
Don’t give up




For a split second my scale said 155…. Whaaaat.. it was rubbing against the wastebasket.

I can see the very slightest very faintest hidden under the fur beginnings of a four pack. I’m sucking it in hard but it’s under there. This side line is where the cut it off with a knife marker would be. 👇

Th aks. Still bloat like mad when I eat. But now I can what the potential look would be if I stay cut but then add muscle. Which is probably not possible. But once I get this old fat off, I’m going to focus on getting bigger. Then I’ll be fat again but it’ll be fresh fat😂

Getting groceries now and making all the good choices… Had to skip walking cuz I’m pressed for time but I can do it at work tonight💪💪
I could power walk the groceries and see if I break a sweat 🤷😂

Look how these bitches do it these are the very first items in your face when you walk in. Evil.

Well Kings, since I didn’t have time to walk today I did my 6 flights (125 steps) of stairs and timed it.

63 seconds up 62 seconds down plus once around the roof.

( cuz I had tiny peice of cake the coworkers brought…. In my defense it did have fresh strawberries in it😇 )

Hope Bros are having a good week so far🤗

I just want to point that grocery pic up there… that fridge case is full of

Pineapple upside down cake
Cheescake
And freakin banana, choc , and coconut cream pies.
Literally all my favorites And all on sale dirt cheap.
Not only is it a straight up miracle than u didn’t buy one of each….. I didn’t even walk over and touch them.

This has NEVER happened not EVER
Bros kept me safe it’s 100 percent evo

Trainers ( I’ve had 4, in this 3 year project) have only been saying “fix your diet” for 3 years. I lost the initial 47 3 years ago (237>180) just skipping meals and small portions. Then my first teasing wouldn’t let me lift cuz I was in such bad shape it was all repair work. Second trainer was a competition bb guy like you all he had me pushing but I didn’t grow cuz diet.
Third guy was all over, I had bad form causing injuries. Currently Dan is amazing all around great, he teaches CrossFit, nutrition, and is a Spartan race guy. He’s cheap by Bay Area standards ( 820 for 12 session a month ) but worth it.
But only Evo Bros finally got me eating correctly and who would believe it…. Suddenly muscle is growing🙀
Here’s a couple 227 pics and an a couple initial 180 lb oucs from three years ago… No muscle but honestly I like that look May 2021.

Ever since then … belly bloat and lack of muscle growth are the issue it’s taken a full three years of training 3x a week to get from that to this . That is VERY SLOW progress snd it why I’m always in the verge of quitting.

I love pics 2&3 look … but it’s not enough muscle Seriously three years and 25 grand to get practically nowhere.

Ok gotta get up eat and get to gym early for a big push. I’m playing hooky from work for a few days before I start the new position. We have SFGMC show tickets tonight, I have my dungeon party for charity tomorrow night, and Easter in Delores Park Sunday with the “ hunky Jesus and foxy Mary contest.
Maybe I’ll grow my hair long and enter the hunky Jesus contest next year when im all shredded lol. And if I’m not looking hunky enough by then I can enter the foxy Mary contest insead 😜 one way or another I intend to be a star. 🌟

Trainer takes vid during sessions ( mainly to show me proof of the progress I don’t believe) Then send them to me and just pull still frames out to post so bros can say hey your form is off or whatever. And akso I like the compliments 😜
