I had an awesome work out today Sir and I’ll say what I’ve never said before.. I’m looking really good yikes what’s happening

nosebleeds can mean you have anadrol
The nose bleeds started before thoughSit. I’m pretty sure it’s just this weather and the forced air heat… I like the house cold he likes it hot. Forced sir hest is the worst

Yes Sir once I wake up It’s only 520a I shouldn’t even be awake.
Blood pressure is generally perfect or a little low always has been. My thought wa blood pressure too but I ruled it out.
My guess is just a sinus thing which is common In really stuffed up and dried out I’ll turn the heat off after he goes to work
