Last night I listened to my first podcast here. Stevesmi and Mobster make a great team. It was enjoyable and it was nice put a voice with the names. Very informative about Masteron which is one I like. im gonna start listening to all their podcasts. They are just fun to listen too.🥳 Very entertaining😻

I love that stuff Sir. I don’t remember what class rapids those are I think the river is class 3 there’s plenty of calm chill time between the rapids..and places to get out and body surf and sine swimming holes and Rocks jump off

I have a produce market downthe street and a Costco across from that.
The fresh fruit we eat daily. But the veggies kept going bad so I started buying frozen. Thank you for keeping me accountable. This is training that will break my old habits. 🥹

Fasting yesterday. Nice and tight. Feels great when you see the light at the end of the tunnel.. especially around weight loss.

Weight down to 185

Even I can see the lean now. Or course I feel like my arms are skinny but one thing at a time.

Goals today
Walk 45 minutes in the neighborhood local.tonsave time
Rest
Do some more meal prep
Busy week ahead with new position
Gotta be organized.

Gotta drink more water. I’m extremely dehydrated
Take meds take meds take meds I’ve been failing here.
Buy fresh vegetables per JasonPriest
Hydrate with more fresh fruit

It’s 1030 a get the elf outta bed 🤓

Keep going don’t give up

Meal prep is definitely my number one key to success. Helps in so many ways:

-avoid bad food choices since you always have food ready
-avoid bad food choices when you are in a hurry because again, you always have food ready
-helps establish a routine
-saves so much time because you just simply reheat the meals
