Approved Log My 2023 Testosterone Masteron Trenbolone Cycle Log

Well I wa excited cuz Dan was get me in two sessions today and tomorrow before he leaves town.

So I just took all my juices and pre work out and he cancelled everything wk ce im getting over my eye infection so understandably .

So now it’s theee weeks with no gym and I’m anlrwady away.

Now I’m sll
Hopped up on stuff and no trainer.
He told me to go to planet and do a work out.
I can go but I won’t do anything worthwhile I’ll just be liftkng bullshit weight that’s a waste of time. Without a trainer I won’t do anything difficult.

I’ll never reach my goals. I’m going to look Exaclty the same next year as I do right now.
My body never grows. I’m wasting my money. I’m going to go to the gym by myself now but there’s no ine to talk to. It’s boring. I want pizza. I want to stuff my face I’m so hungry.

My arms look like toothpicks I’ve had 14 inch arms for three years with no growth.

I have all these veggies to use up. So I’ll do some meal prep when I get home this afternoon
I’ve got chick thighs to cook but might lick up some ground beef to make like a sloppy joes mix for meal prep. Beef just taste better❤️

Ok well I better take this tired ugly saggy body to planet and try to do something with it.

Good afternoon 💕BroBros 💕 its Day 42 of 90
and off to rough start this week
Ive barely eaten or sept in two days yet managed to gain 2 pounds
Ive been having nosebleed sometime several times a day and bad case of conjunctivitis
This in a week when im suppose to start training on my new position at work

The work training schedule is interfering with my PT schedule and then he's going to New York for two weeks and that leaves me with 3 weeks of no gym. I already feel fat ugly deflated and skinny like a blob of total failure. Sure 48 hours ago I was bar hopping and being accosted by men everywhere who wanted to touch and compliment me but that was two days ago before the doom and destruction of muscle loss and mayhem.

Dan says he's making me a training worksheet to follow that I can take to planet to do on my own. lol, Silly Dan. Heof all people should know that ill never do a work out on my own.I might as look at this as a three week vacation. The upside is hubby is leaving for Palm Springs tomorrow for a week so ill have th house to myself to wander around in with my ADHD without the bitchy unsolicited commentary.

Its gorgeous out today. And I want to get outside and doo a good walk but im also really tired and wonder if I just rest. I can't rest in the daytime. Im gonna go walk. its way too nice to be in the house.

Heres what ill ask. If I have my workout on paper will Bros push me to do the right thing and go to the gym by myself. I still won't lift heavy or push hard. Im just won't do any of this on my own. Never have. But lifting 30 pounds at 10 reps is better than lifting 0 pounds at 0 reps and then making grilled cheese sandwich. Please help Bros 🙏

Ok right now the fruit push cart guy is honking the god damn horn over and over and someone is going to die. WTF. Im going to count to TREN then im going down there with a broomstick

Well here’s today’s assignment Dan gave me. God I hate being here by myself and he wants me to do multiple dumbell weights and the big arm bros are always huddled around the racks i don’t like going over there.
And I look and feel like shit. This is why I have to have a trainer. And we work out alone in an empty cross fit gym.

Well I got lucky. Grabbed my two DBs and took them to the tricep rope in the corner all to myself plus my own mirror and a place to record without being in anyone’s way. 👍

I did the alternating hammers and triceps the ten sets of each But I didn’t nit increase the weight cuz I didn’t want to keep going back to the racks when I had my private spot I stil got a nice pump cuz it was ten sets.
I used 25s for the hammer curl and 40 pounds on the tri tope thing.all I have left is to go do ab stuff and a tan.
I’m assuming he will send me a chest work out for tomorrow

The grand total was

Superset DB hammer (25 lb) and tricep rope pull (40 lb)
10 reps x 10 sets

Then 3 sets of 20 on the ab incline slide thing and
3 sets of 20 back raises

The Anavar is giving me those cramp up things but it’s not an interference

Look at the big picture man. In the long run, doing 6 half-ass sessions isn't going to ruin all your progress or gains. Just think of it as a reset and a de-load for your body. Then get back to hitting it hard!

I have one chronic tendon bicep to shoulder that is always a hinderance On the left elbow thing that comes and goes
I got a nice pump today and I’ll do some more tomorrow And some rowing and and never hurts.
I’m easily discourage one moment then back to normal the next. And I know lots of bros have had all kinds of much bigger setbacks and they come back and keep going.
I have good shape and potential it’s just going to take a long time but inhave too choices keep going or give up and go back to being a fat ugly pig . That’s not a real option.
You all keep me inspired and going. I’ll always be grateful for time I’ve spent here. I’ll never get the kindness an encouragement 😘

Today is Day 45 of 90

Half way mark. I havet lost any weight but the cleaner diet has reduced ouffinesss boosting and inflammation giving me a tighter dryer look overall.

The next 6 weeks I’ll try to lose some fat’ and schedule another DexaScan min ward and upward Bros😻

Meal Prep. These do help when I’m running late. About 50 grams of Brotein.

A little belly today only because I ate a beef and lamb gyro in the city These guys put plenty of meat in it
( they should for 15 bucks) While my work out today didn’t seem like much I still feel it, cuz I did ten sets super sets bi tri
I just have to go when it’s not crowded and find my corner out of the way.

The anavar gave me one of those cramps when I was flexing in the mirror.
Another solo trip tomorrow

Yes Sir Bros, the old food seems disgusting now. Even on days when I have a little bely happening it doesn't feel like a miserable bloated bely, its cuz I ate and it sill feels firm and has shape. so that's a bug difference and I think its from quitting the processed food. Processed food are all highly inflammatory and will give you the overall puffy look that just makes you look old and tired. So now I got a handle on the diet and no its not perfect but is much better... the next 6 weeks im gonna lift/cardio/lift/cardio/lift/cardio and throw in some core/abs and things I can do at home or at work like.... I can lunge anywhere any time so there's no reason to not take 5 minute and do a few.
I have been forgetting to do the vacuums... and just now remembered that. Also I never take those supplements I bought. I never do that's why I don't order stuff. I barely take the pills that keep me alive and the pills that make me less cra cray. So im far from perfect but step by step.

If wasn't here with Bros reminding me I never would be making progress because im very quick to say "f it its a waste of time. If I sent do it for me and that at least ill do it for you since you have taken the time to care. 💕

Sir, I never have gotten a definitive answer on protein intake goals. Ive heard 100 is enough. I've heard 200, and I've heard 150. Any option on this? Im. 59, 5'9 and 187 pounds. and generally assumed 150 per day is the target.

TRainer îs prepping written work out for today to take to planet. It'll prob be chest /back/ since I did all bi and tri yesterday. I don't have to be anywhere today so I will stay and walk after. either tread or stair. or I could row. I like rowing cuz I get to sit down. Whichever cardio thing also gives me ass work. Theres a lot of work to be done back there.🥳
