Approved Log My 2023 Testosterone Masteron Trenbolone Cycle Log

Well, Bros listening to the podcast made me realize I need to step it up and go do these solo workouts whether I like it or not.
So I’m in bed early and I’ll go to planet tomorrow and probably again Monday and make up a workout as I go.

It’s going to be a long two weeks without Trainer.
TWTF are no gym with this new temp work sked 8-6 then I’ll have SSM to do 3 more solo sessions. So I’d better do them and make them count.

you are on the right track go at it yourself or get a training partner thats also hardcore
not a trainer but someone with your goals too for muscle UP time bro

I don’t have any friends really. Certainly none who work out. And of course no one wants a 59 year old guy around. So no partner. And I don’t talk to people at the gym cuz all those guys are straight and half my age. It would be different if I was in SF proper but not here in the bridge and tunnel burbs .


It’s fine I can just do it myself.

Ok I’m gonna die but I’m doing it for BroBros to get the good shots. I’m gettin in this rowboat and who knows what’ll happen next. 🤷if I don’t come back it’s been very nice knowing you.
I’m eating this grilled cheese first so I don’t starve in the wilderness I hope this is just like a row machine🤷

Side note… see that waterfall .. 40 years ago when I was 18, I climbed half way up there naked so this Asian guy could take my nude pics lol even then I wanted to be a star

Ok BroBros i have Exaclty six weeks to finish my 90 day plan.

So far, I’m tighter, and
My diet is better. But that’s it.
I can do 3 days week basic solo while
Trainer is gone
Then 4 weeks remaining at 3 sessions per week
.

Not enough for any significant progress.
I can add two solo days at planet for abs and cardio .

26 sessions total




There are no 18 inch arms on the horizon. My defined 14 inch arms plus dutracti g them with chest fur will g be to work for now.

But that’s ok. If I can get tighter and harder and defined through summer and figure out size from there…. I can be patient

That’s Stowe lake In gg park There’s a choice between row boat or paddle boat Bacislly between legs or upper lol Those paddle boats are a pain once your legs give out. Rowing was actually a lot of fun.

Ok Bros it’s 9 I’ll try to get to gym by 1030
don’t wanna wake up but some anavar and Tbol with coffee should help. Then some pre before leaving the house.

What work out ? Don’t know. Maybe something like this just making it up

Rowing warm up 5min 1000 Mtrs


These w/moderate weight to avoid injuries
Bicep seated incline 4x12
Bicep hammer standing 4x12
Bicep preacher 4x12


Tri push down rope
Tri push down machine
Tri ?


AB incline slide 10x10

Lunges 3x24 ( 12 each )
Back raise 10x10

Then walking or whatever either in the gym or outside since it’s a nice day the beach.

I’m an hour late. This place is crowded again and all the benches are taken. And people have their shit everywhere on the floor. This is why I don’t work out alone ina gym. 😡hopefully they will leave after my warm up

sir I just need to do those bicep things where you sit back with the dumbbells kinda behind for full range Those are what finally have me little bicep bumps for the first time ever so I’m doing tris first Rope down and now rope overhead

I’m doing light weight but high rels but this anavar is nuts It’s making tri get all pumpty dumpty I can see it inthe mirror from way over here 😀

Ok BroBros well I’ve missed brunch and I’ve missed my beach walk and I’m 2.5 hours late to the city but here’s what I made up on my own… surprisingly I got a great arm pump I think it’s the anavar and creatine

In this order

Warm up row 5 min 1000m

Tri rope down 5x20 x 30lb
Tri rope overhead 4x20 x 30lb
Tri push down machine wide 8x20x 90lb


Seated Bi incline DB 4x10 x 20lb
Seated Bi incline hammer 4x20 x 25lb (10/10)


Chest incline bench 4x12 x 25 lb

Bi straight barbell curl 3x20x 30lb

Leg ext 4x10x 90 lb

Incline Ab slide 2x20

Tan



Skipping the beach walk putting in my leather and going to Eagle to see if they are still noticing.
And this time I brought the trimix and impact gear just in case.

Meanwhile no signal anyway to load my pics

I’m super irritated missing half my Sunday but at least I did the work out
And these are sissy sized weights and are not going to make me grow at all. I need my trainer.

Hey brother nothing wrong with those weights man, sometimes your body just needs to go through the motion, lightweight or not. You at least smashed it and got it done brother..

Ok Bros Well I got my arms pumped hopefully it will last for 5 hours.feels deflated already. I don’t have any food and haven’t eaten today . So this is how my life is in constant disarray All the time.

And I pinned today and took my Tbol and anavar and pre And I’m really really bitchy now and it’s gonna be bridge traffic and no parking. So someone will have to die today.

But I did the workout it better last thru the evening
