I tested a new meal prep usung some ground beef and spaghetti sauce it (12oz) measures 85 grams of Brotein plus black beans and veg about 90 grams total
And some on sourdough toast for dinner. And a yogurt with fresh fruit.
Yes Bro good idea I can do my bathroom sink push-ups 50 a couple times a day. Easy weighted front squats are quick . i would change one thing, you can change your steroids, trenbolone might be causing the issue you having
so staying with test+masteron might be better option
and home training 100 push ups 100 squats 100 crunches and you got a pump

Yep Sir I’ll figure out the quiet times. I enjoy it when it’s quiet and I relax and find my groove. Then I can focus and do a pretty decent solo workout. I still don’t go heavy Beciase the last hung inwant is to pull a tendon or joint issue.. so I’m cautious. But lighter weight and high reps still gives me a nice pump even if there’s no real growthused to deal with this when i worked out at the Y years ago. that didn't last long and i switched
