Trainer basically said that last week. That I would hate doing what’s necessary to look how I want to look. He said I’d be miserable and wouldnt have a social life. No brunch, no happy hour, no weekends in palm springs no wild vacations in Vallarta
Just horrible food and no fun.
He did say there are certain types of competition for my type and age that he could get me ready for But I’d have to give up my entire life and I have toomany responsibilities that don’t even allow me a decent nights sleep let alone all the other priorities I’d have to have instead my current overwhelming responsibilities.
Maybe if I were single with no pets no mortage and a simple n work gym sleep life. But oh well too late.
I threw in my leather and went out for one drink tonight and had plenty of attention. Even with my watery bloated belly lol. Besides I could never shave down for a competition my fur is like catnip.

Alll of you who do make those sacrifices. It’s admirable. Even a 300pound fat dude… who is out jogging by the road… deserves support for doing what most people won’t. Yes there is vanity involved but it’s the challenge and the goal wins. The human body is amazing. Watch the guys do the Olympic tumbling and gymnastics. Insane. Or like vanity in slo mo. Crazy ballet, figure skating sling, snowboarding competition. All unbelievable.
Very well spoken and said, I can completely see the perspective you have and I get it totally. The type of life style required for competition is a mental and physical burnout kind of grind and it is relentless in order to stay competitive or even have a shot at getting to the stage one day.

If you don't like turkey and beef with Broccoli everyday and little 2 no carbs then yeah it would be hell for u lol, plus if u feel its not worth it with all the responsibility you already explained you have, then not worth it.

Enjoy life and have fun and take it as little or as far as you wish, either way we have a great community built-up here and plenty of people to be supportive and try to help with what you got going on.
 
First I’m super thrilled … the original question I came here for about foods and roids that made my pit scent disappear. it’s finally back. It’s the test. I had lowered the test intake when I added the Tren. I have increased the test intake and bam, my pit scent came back just in time for my event. Sigh of 😮‍💨 relief

Most people look like shit, but nobody notices them and nobody takes their pictures. I am not intimately familiar with your scene, but I have seen some of the grossest bodies around trawling the Folsom Street Fair, and this was back before it became a tourist event for the East Bay Wine Moms.
 
The problem is the unrelenting social competition. Look at my people. See what I’m up against. These bitches, I never see them eat. How am I suppose to keep up with this at 59. I wonder if I really could enter some kind of age appropriate competition. Train for it and see what happens. Even a third place “thanks for showing up” ribbon would be a tangible symbol of accomplishment. That’s what’s missing.
My previous trainer competes, my current trainer does Spartan races. A goal like that might be really motivating. Something new to obsess over Like start now to get ready for some kind of competition by next summer. 🤔

Four chicken thighs about 20 ounces total

Nonfat cottage cheese 2 - 16 ounce tubs
( total 640 calories no fat and 104 grams protein)

With 2 - 16 ounce cans of mandarin oranges (320 cal total)

1 bbq ranch bagged salad kit

3 ounces of leftover ny steak

1 cup oats

About 6 oz orange juice
1 Activia probiotic yogurt drink
1 serving of powdered Lipton lemon instant sweet iced tea mix

1 scoop of creatine
1 mens multi vitman
1 Walgreens probiotic capsul


Oh and 1 maple covered buttermilk bar and 1 custard file sample donut

Next day off I’ll experiment with cooking enough meat for both husband and me to haves full supply for a week instead of running out and scrambling to look for protein. The sides items ( rice potatoes frozen veggies ) are simple grab and go. I need to starting buying and cooking about ten pounds of steak and chicken for the week.

My trainer takes plenty of vids to point out my good points and progress details in order to keep me out of depression. I photograph well. but what I see in the mirror gives me anxiety and depression. Every day. In fact I just ate a piece of cake so now want to cancel my pool party next week . Daily crazy 😜
 
You’re doing fine. Just keep focusing on yourself
I need an appetite suppressant for a week. If I do meth or get Covid I’ll be cut in time for my party 😵‍💫🎉 🤔
