I eat them a lot so I looked up the value and wanted to post it but the website with info was impossible to cut and paste from with all the ads so the entire post is a garbage dump and now I’m super irritated. And it too late to edit or delayed it.

Anyway the main thing I wanted to post was about how they help muscle growth. I think it’s the potassium anyway forget it.

Yes Sur but an irsgngevis jystxdonething someone is likey to eat as a snack. At least I do. I use them to ward off cravings for candy bars and soda. I’m not likely to eat a bell pepper. But very likely to eat an orange. When I’m craving a soda I found an orange will help that. 🥰

Well Sir I been eating it cuz this morning shift is ruining my life and next week will be worse with a 5am ten hour shift. No sleep no walks no gym no trainer. Everything has already gone to crap. I’m very depressed now. All the work I did. I’ll once again. Have to start iver. This is as far as I ever get. It’s not a lifestyle I can maintain. That’s why I’m skways wyedtiong if if I’m eating my time and money. I could be going on vacations with that grand a month.
But I’ll be fat on those vacations.
I’m just in a very shitty mood that’s all I haven’t taken any meds all week.

don't be in a bad mood life is good, don't forget there was a time that you weren't even able to get married cause of your husbands gender, and neither was I because my wife is not my race. so we live in much better times so be grateful for that

That’ll never happen. All I do is rush Late from one thing to the next. It was easier with a set sked 1-11 four days a week

It’s not that any more and I don’t train alone only with a trainer just forget it I’m very tired with no sleep. And my sked will be different every week so I can’t plan anything.
Not even my sessions with trainer.

I’m not wasting 1000 dollars a month in a half assed work out attempt it’s not even worhtb ut jyst forget it.
