I just stayed here cuz sexy muscle boys where fem g so nice to me and I maker heard of that in my life. Not even my own community is nice to me.
But I’m not a body builder. Even my trainer who knows me better than anyone told me “ you can’t do what they do to get those bodies”

I eat brunch. I drink vodka. Everything indonis to havea social life. That’s the only reason I even go to the gym I hate working out. And I hate dieting.
I stay here cuz people are nice and sexy but I can not do a body builder lifestyle. It’s not realistic.

But the support here at least keeps me making some effort. I can’t be perfect like you. I never will be. And I’m fucking tired. I’m old. Im tired. I’m doing what I can and I like you all very much for being so nice. So in satay here for that. If inhave to be 100 percent bro to be here that isn’t gonna happen. It’s just not.

If they put me on back on nights at work I can start doing my walks again. And I like sharing the pics. I’m just here cuz it’s nice. That’s all.

Well that’s good for people who work Monday thru friday Meaningless for people who Saturday.

I’ve had younger guys hitting on me on apps who don’t believe I’m at work at 11pm. They literally don’t know that people work nights and weekends.

But yes I got lucky this week and I got Saturday and Sunday off and I will be in the city trying to get laid. That’s the goal. 👍

Yes Sir im hiding cuz I’ve been Kookoo cra cray and off my meds. By I did want to post about my day yesterday since did a solo workout alone around people at the gym. And might do it again today if the heartburn and hiccups ever stop.

The store hasn’t had nonfat cottage cheese the last couple weeks so I’m stuck with low-fat😡😡😡

BroBros this is two week now with no trainer and a new difficult morning shift training in a new position. I haven’t been able to do any walks with the rain and the new work sked. My 90 day plan is shot. But I’ll just make up a new goal.

I have been to the gym on my own three times but one of those times I walked out cuz it was crowded. Yesterday it was crowded and I was going to walk out plus cancel my membership.
But I stayed and just waited and waited and it took 2.5 hours to do my work out and I missed my afternoon social time. Luckily the pretty boy I was hooking up with moved us to later and got a hotel and in the end it went very very well. Amazing. So today I’m in a very good mood👑 🤙she was definitely a treat.

The diet is full of holes Because the morning shift is ruining me.🥺 And I’m eating m&ms snicker bars chips, hostess cupcakes crackers and fast food.

This week will be worse. I’ve been having to get up at 530am This week it’s 330am. So o walks or gym. Just bed. But I’m asking to be kept on night shift as much as possible so I can get life and gym back to normal next month. Trsiner returns in the 22 so things should get back to normal soon.
