@SFDom415 I know you hate to hear this bro but you gotta switch to some protein bars and protein cookies on thisBroBros this is two week now with no trainer and a new difficult morning shift training in a new position. I havenāt been able to do any walks with the rain and the new work sked. My 90 day plan is shot. But Iāll just make up a new goal.
I have been to the gym on my own three times but one of those times I walked out cuz it was crowded. Yesterday it was crowded and I was going to walk out plus cancel my membership.
But I stayed and just waited and waited and it took 2.5 hours to do my work out and I missed my afternoon social time. Luckily the pretty boy I was hooking up with moved us to later and got a hotel and in the end it went very very well. Amazing. So today Iām in a very good mood![]()

The diet is full of holes Because the morning shift is ruining me.And Iām eating m&ms snicker bars chips, hostess cupcakes crackers and fast food.
This week will be worse. Iāve been having to get up at 530am This week itās 330am. So o walks or gym. Just bed. But Iām asking to be kept on night shift as much as possible so I can get life and gym back to normal next month. Trsiner returns in the 22 so things should get back to normal soon.

Gotta be back to bed again at 8p These morning shifts are evil. I still have to time to get groceries and do meal prep if I go now. I really want to check out the other gym But can move that to Thursday. Iām not even gonna worry about the house work hubby keeps mentioning hiring someone. Iāll keep my fingers crossed for that. It would be a huge help..

Iām constantly cleaning. I have OCD and ADHD lol that means I canāt leave the house if things are out of place is too to cleanā¦..but also means I canāt focus on finishing one task at a time. So when I work up att 2pm today I didnāt get out of the house until 430pm@SFDom415 you should hire someone bro if you can so you get more time to work on the body![]()
