Wow I fell back asleep. Slept the day away. That’s from these morning shifts. Gotta be back to bed again at 8p These morning shifts are evil. I still have to time to get groceries and do meal prep if I go now. I really want to check out the other gym But can move that to Thursday. I’m not even gonna worry about the house work hubby keeps mentioning hiring someone. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for that. It would be a huge help. šŸ™.

BroBros this is two week now with no trainer and a new difficult morning shift training in a new position. I haven’t been able to do any walks with the rain and the new work sked. My 90 day plan is shot. But I’ll just make up a new goal.

I have been to the gym on my own three times but one of those times I walked out cuz it was crowded. Yesterday it was crowded and I was going to walk out plus cancel my membership.
But I stayed and just waited and waited and it took 2.5 hours to do my work out and I missed my afternoon social time. Luckily the pretty boy I was hooking up with moved us to later and got a hotel and in the end it went very very well. Amazing. So today I’m in a very good moodšŸ‘‘ šŸ¤™she was definitely a treat.

The diet is full of holes Because the morning shift is ruining me.🄺 And I’m eating m&ms snicker bars chips, hostess cupcakes crackers and fast food.

This week will be worse. I’ve been having to get up at 530am This week it’s 330am. So o walks or gym. Just bed. But I’m asking to be kept on night shift as much as possible so I can get life and gym back to normal next month. Trsiner returns in the 22 so things should get back to normal soon.

Ok well the other planet location has turned out to be hella better than the other one. More stuff , machines I like that the other one is missing
NOT full of noisy teensgers.

Much quieter and less crowded and counter Bros said weekends are super quiet ( the other one is a zoo) Also this one is 9 minutes away instead of 16 and the parking is in front not an adjacent garage.
( I had assumed the brand new one in the wealthy town would be better but it’s not!)

I would have loved to stay and keep working out but I still need two hours for groceries and to bed by 830p
I wont have time to meal prep for this week tonight. It’s already 6p

But I’m going to start using this planet it’s way calmer. I even got a bench right away. And there was some good club beats playing.

I’m constantly cleaning. I have OCD and ADHD lol that means I can’t leave the house if things are out of place is too to clean…..but also means I can’t focus on finishing one task at a time. So when I work up att 2pm today I didn’t get out of the house until 430pm

There is never a ā€œ wake up and go work out ā€œ what takes 30 minutes takes 3 hours. lol I’ll literally forget what I’m doing and I’ll lay back down and watch tv.

Right now I’m in the parking lot texting in Evo. Making myself later for groceries so I won’t have time to prep food this evening.

I was done working out 30 minutes ago I’m still sitting here. It’s another 30 minutes to the store.

Next I’ll start messing with fonts and colors hahaha.

I know Bro Bro 😘😘😘We have lots of protein bars at home. But when I’m stressed I want snickers and potato chips. I’ve been eating that way for 60 years. My go to when I’m stressed is always
ā€œFuck itā€ changing 6 decades of habit. I’ll do my best it will never be perfect. It just won’t.

I can quit a drug with willpower snap.
I quit smoking with willpower snap
I can stop doing most things Snap

But starting new things like gym Nope it’s an uphill battle cuz it’s it not something I like doing. It’s not fun it’s work.

Giving up food I like ? that food Will always be my default. I’m not even going to pretend that I’m going to spend the next 20 years ona Bro diet. It’s not gonna happen. My diet wil be modified it will never be perfect.

I will do what I can when I can. And that’s going to have to be good enough. If I feel like a failure around that then everything will be a bust. It’ll be a huge fuck it and I’ll be 50 pounds overweight

I just put everything out there. I can not be anything but me. I spent way too much time trying to be other people wanted me to be. I do exactly what I want to do my way and in front of everyone. So I’m like take or it it lol. And I k ow what my limits and weaknesses are.

I’ve wanted to be a muscle bro for for 50 years.

If it was something I had in me I would have done it 50 years ago. It’s been decades of trying and failing. My yeo most best recent trainers who know more about me than my husband does… straight up tell me ā€œ you can’t do thatā€
It probably means to can’t do it. They know how I live and what I like.

So I will do what I can. The support here props that up.
