Giving up food I like ? that food Will always be my default. I’m not even going to pretend that I’m going to spend the next 20 years ona Bro diet. It’s not gonna happen. My diet wil be modified it will never be perfect.
I will do what I can when I can. And that’s going to have to be good enough. If I feel like a failure around that then everything will be a bust. It’ll be a huge fuck it and I’ll be 50 pounds overweight

@SFDom415 try doing voice to text instead of typing broI’m constantly cleaning. I have OCD and ADHD lol that means I can’t leave the house if things are out of place is too to clean…..but also means I can’t focus on finishing one task at a time. So when I work up att 2pm today I didn’t get out of the house until 430pm
There is never a “ wake up and go work out “ what takes 30 minutes takes 3 hours. lol I’ll literally forget what I’m doing and I’ll lay back down and watch tv.
Right now I’m in the parking lot texting in Evo. Making myself later for groceries so I won’t have time to prep food this evening.
I was done working out 30 minutes ago I’m still sitting here. It’s another 30 minutes to the store.
Next I’ll start messing with fonts and colors hahaha.

-suddenly working early mornings after 40 years of night shifts
- a new work sked that changes every week
- three weeks off gym and trainer out of town.
Of course everything went to hell. I’m not young and adaptable. It’s totally disruptive. Even my social life is fucked for now.
I’m thinking it will all setttle down into a groove in the next month.

Yes Sir , with the support I get here I was able to clean up my diet and cut fairly quickly so now I know it’s possible.A new schedule plus no trainer that you were used to is definitely tough. Don't beat yourself up because you will adjsut to the schedule and get back on the grind. Just stay focused and move forward.

BroBros!! Started my first 445am shift today Up at 330am with 4.5 hours sleep.
The good news is morning shifts like this… I eat less. Management is around so more time at the desk. And the new position doesn’t allow for much stepping away from screens and phones so there’s not much chance for grazing.
I am going to resume my cut today as I’ve gained a couple pounds of puffiness from some junk food and bread.
The upside is I look bigger. The cut was shrinking my arms.
It’s a battle between having the right V waist that I like so tight clothes fit. And the thicker b Ed and belt look that the city boys and @BodyMonster34 prefer
I’ll get a head start on resuming the cut and trainer will be back soon and everything will snap back.
It’s very strange being home by 4pm. But I’m too tired to go to gym plus I gave 4 hours to do cooking meal prep and relax before bed at 8
I’d better stop texting and start cooking
