BroBros I love you 🥰🥰🥰all but there’s no way I’m doing yoga. You can not “ ADD” more things for me to do when I can’t even do the basics on time or consistently.

I need fewer things to do each day not more things to do sexy Sir.
And I would never have the patience to do yoga anyway.. just like I dont thave the patience to read a book.

What will reduce stress is to have a maid to do my chores and groceries and cooking. And a Personal assistant to take care of bills and paperwork and errends.

That would leave time for job and gym and rest and relaxation and proper sleep.

But I’d need an extra grand a month😂for that.

Having less responsibility will reduce stress.
look it’s 8pm I’m suppose to be in bed tonget up at 330am I’m still at the grocery store. I won’t be home in bed till 10 by the time I get the stuff put away and the dishes run. And that doesn’t include meal prep. Tomorrow will be a 12 hour day on 4 hours sleep.

I’m 60 I’m tired. I don’t know why no one believes me. 😂

Bros you know when I had it made … back in the 2000s I lived in the city. I had 300 sf studio apartment no bills. I lived 8 minutes from work. I lived 4 blocks fro the gym. ( i still only went for three months and gave up) I didn’t own car I was single I didn’t own shit.
I took the subway three stops to work I walked to gym the Asian lady downthe street did my laundry for ten dollars.
No husband no car no bills no mortgage no pets. .
But I wanted to be middle class cuz everyone else wa doing it. So I got married moved to the burbs bought houses and cars got pets, And now it’s a giant time and money sucking trap.
Still fabulous of course. But much much harder

So I’m I currently taking advice on how to have fewer things to do everyday not more things to do 😜😜😜

BroBros I did that it’s very good. Wel I don’t know what raw honey is. But I had honey inthe kitchen and mixed it with nuts and it’s very satisfying Sir delish. ( other fruits and vegetables I’m not suppose to eat raw food.

No I’m going home to eat more of that I have almonds at home 👍👍

I’m stopping at sonic cuz I’m hungry and I don’t have time to cook tonight I should have been in bed already. 🤷 I can eat a cheeseburger while I’m driving 🍔🍔🍔

Sexy Bros When I work more night shifts and trainer gets back from vacation inthe 22nd Things will get more back to normal 💪until then all I can focus on is learning the new job and being to work on time and right now I’m going to eat this sonic double bacon cheeseburger cuz I haven’t eaten all day.


At least I did a work out. I could have skipped the work out and done the meal prep but I chose the work out

I know Bro Bro 😘😘😘We have lots of protein bars at home. But when I’m stressed I want snickers and potato chips. I’ve been eating that way for 60 years. My go to when I’m stressed is always
“Fuck it” changing 6 decades of habit. I’ll do my best it will never be perfect. It just won’t.

I can quit a drug with willpower snap.
I quit smoking with willpower snap
I can stop doing most things Snap

But starting new things like gym Nope it’s an uphill battle cuz it’s it not something I like doing. It’s not fun it’s work.

Giving up food I like ? that food Will always be my default. I’m not even going to pretend that I’m going to spend the next 20 years ona Bro diet. It’s not gonna happen. My diet wil be modified it will never be perfect.

I will do what I can when I can. And that’s going to have to be good enough. If I feel like a failure around that then everything will be a bust. It’ll be a huge fuck it and I’ll be 50 pounds overweight

I’m constantly cleaning. I have OCD and ADHD lol that means I can’t leave the house if things are out of place is too to clean…..but also means I can’t focus on finishing one task at a time. So when I work up att 2pm today I didn’t get out of the house until 430pm

There is never a “ wake up and go work out “ what takes 30 minutes takes 3 hours. lol I’ll literally forget what I’m doing and I’ll lay back down and watch tv.

Right now I’m in the parking lot texting in Evo. Making myself later for groceries so I won’t have time to prep food this evening.

I was done working out 30 minutes ago I’m still sitting here. It’s another 30 minutes to the store.

Next I’ll start messing with fonts and colors hahaha.
Seriously I shoukd go do my tasks

Of course everything went to hell. I’m not young and adaptable. It’s totally disruptive. Even my social life is fucked for now.

I’m thinking it will all setttle down into a groove in the next month.

lol I’ll just wait for the nice weather. Besides I’m imornings shift now do no walking until I get my night shifts back I’m not getting up at 2a to walk before work 👅

I’m a little deflated cuz trainer isn’t here to push me with heavier weight but as soon as he’s back my muscles will thicken back up with heavier weight. My solo work outs are jyst sissy weight work outs 😂 but better than doing nothing.

What’s funny but a little weird is when I see a hot pic scroll by below and I click on and realize it’s me. Omg. 😱

Day 56 of 90

BroBros!! Started my first 445am shift today Up at 330am with 4.5 hours sleep.

The good news is morning shifts like this… I eat less. Management is around so more time at the desk. And the new position doesn’t allow for much stepping away from screens and phones so there’s not much chance for grazing.

I am going to resume my cut today as I’ve gained a couple pounds of puffiness from some junk food and bread.

The upside is I look bigger. The cut was shrinking my arms.


It’s a battle between having the right V waist that I like so tight clothes fit. And the thicker b Ed and belt look that the city boys and @BodyMonster34 prefer

I’ll get a head start on resuming the cut and trainer will be back soon and everything will snap back.


It’s very strange being home by 4pm. But I’m too tired to go to gym plus I gave 4 hours to do cooking meal prep and relax before bed at 8

I’d better stop texting and start cooking

I took these pics now at 5 pounds up. Not too bad considering

A new schedule plus no trainer that you were used to is definitely tough. Don't beat yourself up because you will adjsut to the schedule and get back on the grind. Just stay focused and move forward.

Yes Sir , with the support I get here I was able to clean up my diet and cut fairly quickly so now I know it’s possible.

I will always bounce around on the diet wagon cuz I love to eat and have no intention of giving everything up But 6 days on and one social cheat day,

or Folsom Street Fair then I do what the others do and starve two weeks prior🥹🤷

I’ll be nice and tight for my June PSP trip 💪
