Sorry i was a bit off, took some time to breath and not think so much about my body...

So right now i actually updated to 500 mg a week split on 2 doses... i am actually adding masteron to see if it improves my libido and also have some proviron if needed...

Ill leave here my training and diet

5FT10 170lbs around 11ish BF
I train on 4 day 1 off split, Bodybuilding type of training (1 muscle group per day)

Ill put in kg as i don't know the exactly weight on LBS , My training program consists on 4 sets of 4 to 5 compound exercises but ill leave just the PR on the strongest exercises i do...

Day 1 Chest day:

PR on Bench Press 100kg for 6 clean reps

Day 2 Back day:

I don't do deadlifts as i had back operation

My PR on deadlift was 150kg for 6 clean reps

Day 3 Bicep and triceps

Day 4 shoulder day

PR 40kg shoulder press with weights

Day 5 Day off

Day 6 Legs day

PR Squat 120kg for 8 clean reps

Then i go back to chest, back, bicep etc. etc..


My diet is a clean diet, 3300kcal I'm an ectomorph body type


ATM 210g Protein
70g of fats
445g Uncooked carbs

Supplements i take
Protein whey (30gx2 times a day on shakes)
Creatine 7g
Multivitamin
Magnesium 400mg
Natural supporter for better digestion
Vitamin B 600IU a day

Good log. 500mg of TestE/ week should get that libido going strong! How long have you been taking that?
So i did 250mg for 2 months and i didnt get good results maybe i was to anxious to get some results. Then i stupidly decided to stop taking it, and lost completely my libido, then hopped back into 250 for 2 weeks, then upgraded for 500mg/e (taking for 2 weeks now) but libido not that great

Oh I see… yeah any number of things could have happened there. It took me a while to get used to the increase in testosterone when I went from being low to being on trt. I don’t have any experience on cycles, only with trt. But I do know that you don’t want to get on testosterone without having an exit strategy. And definitely shouldn’t jump on and off. Your hormones must be all out of whack. Do you have a pct on hand? Like Nolvadex? I’m interested in seeing what the vets recommend.
 
I actually did my bloodwork and everything is fine i was surprised, just test levels were 4x higher than usual 5-9nanograms is the normal and i had 20,58 🥶
I’d think your sex drive would be non stop out of control with such high levels. Mine was crazy when I was way high.

@gagarin11 i see your cycle but are your using organ liver support like n2guard ed? thats important
because in supplements i see no support

what do you use for probiotics and fiber?


diet, can you please share times meals and when you eat them
training, can you please share exercises reps sets weights etc
details are important for us to see, update as you go

If you keep changing up your doses your hormones will be all over the place. While not on cycle you need to pick a dose and stay there and let your hormones stabilize. This takes more than a few weeks.
 
Not really unfortunely, nothing special
I’m taking 150mg test per week and i can’t get enough of my wife’s snatch. I just want to be in it all the time. If you’re taking 500mg per week and your sex drive is just normal you most likely have low estrogen.

Might be the right anwswer, before stopping when i was doing 250 the sex drive was insane, that’s why i am adding some masteron, it’s known to improve libido and actually lower estrogen, so might be the answer
