Approved Log My 3rd Cycle Testosterone Cypionate log

Yesterdays meals
breakfast: 1 cup of oats with 1 scoop of protein powder
2 hard boiled eggs
lunch: 1 chicken breast with a little Vermicelli noodles +1 brocolli crown , 1/4 onion, 1/2 bell pepper, 2 tbsp terriaki sauce
dinner : 1 broccoli corwn + 1 tbsp italian dressing
night snack : 1 chocolate rice cake

workout - chest
incline bench @ 95 lbs - 10 reps X 4 sets
flat bench @ 135 - 9 reps x 4 sets
flat bench flys @ 40 lbs - 9 reps x 4 sets
scoops @ 20 lbs - 10 reps x 4 sets
stationary bike - 10 min

pip is less than yesterday and almost gone
might be in my head, but I am feeling like my tummy is lessening

My first shipment of Syn Test cyp and Aromasin came in today and just by the packaging quality alone I can tell this is gonna be better then my usual supplier. Looking forward to see how good this stuff is

hows your training diet? any updates?
I have tightened up the diet and have been meal prepping a good lunch with protein, veggies and rice/sweet potatoe and have the oatmeal for breakfast and a brocolli / bell pepper salad for dinner (which i will substitue with a full protein meal once I have lost the 10 lbs im trying to lose.

I keep forgetting to take pics of the meals - but I will get to it.

training is going strong - today I maxed out on incline bench - 135 lbs - 10 reps x 4 sets
I also included scoops - 20 lbs - 9 reps x 4 sets, flat bench - 145 lbs - 10 reps x 4 sets, close grip press - 40 lbs - 10 reps x 4 sets, started with 10 min of cardio (which I am slowly increasing. This was the second time this week I hit chest so i was pretty maxed out after all these.

I will continue to do updates

training nice max out , get a pic of that if you can
and you should add 1 set 15-20 reps in end to pump up the chest
 
Sorry I haven’t been posting - life got busy for me .

My training has now doubled - I workout in the morning and at lunch time .

Hitting some new PR’s in lat pull downs , bicep curls and deadlifts.

I have been seekming some results in my chest but that is pretty much it

My diet has been on point and I have been trying to be in a deficit to lose some of the belly fat .

I have upped my dose of 375 test c from every 5 days to every 4 days.

Been using Syn gear now for about 3 weeks and honestly I was feeling better with my previous supply - but I’m gonna keep going with Syn to give it a chance .

Currently my libido is back to being fairly low and noticing my nips are getting a little tender once in a while .

I’m wondering if my Estrogen is higher and if I should up my aromasin dose - I’m currently at 12.5 EOD

I would say first, how do you know your estrogen is high? do you have bloods?

you seem to be doing roughly 500mgs test?

on the training, good general update but start posting actual updates for us please, weights reps sets and exercises
and meals share them, we need to see more meals and food/diet share

please stay updated and dont leave us like this mid-cycle bro :)

8 min light jog to warm up
shoulder press machine @ 90 lbs (45 per side) - 5 sets x 10 reps
Side Laterals cables @ 20 lbs - 4 sets x 10 reps
cable Face Pulls @ 45 lbs - 4 sets x 10 reps
Smith machine Shrugs @ 140 lbs + 20 lbs bar - 4 sets x 10 reps
Pec Deck reverse flys @ 100 lbs - 4 sets x 10 reps

Will be finishing off shoulder movements during lunch workout

Food so far:
2 coffee with creamer
1 kirkland chewy protein bar (180 calories / 10 g protein)
