For sure. I’m still making progress so I am getting better. I’m feeling stronger again since I’ve dropped my reps back down from 15 down to 10. I pressed 95lb dumbbells on my last set this week.
 
My first goal was 12% but 10 eventually.

I think it’s closer to 20% but yes. My weight was manually input 3lbs higher than it should have been.
We should plan for 10% and get to 12% and work down :) you have the potential
Can you start deep meal prep? Or not possible with your schedule?
