Just watch out with that Muscle Milk. It has a lot of junk in it.

If you want to switch to something similar, get some raw milk instead. And you can add some raw honey to it.

When they are in season, I load up in them as well. Great antioxidants. And lots of vitamins.
 
June 10th to December 29th. The first pic was a couple weeks after my first Anavar cycle ended. I think I was roughly 225 back in June and I’m closer to 215 right now. I’m going to try and continue lean out/ recomp for the next few months. I’ll try a cut again in March or April.

March 2nd 2025 progress photo. I think I weighed 216.4lbs in the pic. I’m eating close to 4000 cals per day.

It took me a while but this is what I’m currently eating.

Breakfast=830 (3 packets out meal) (5 large eggs)

Snack=280 (banana and protein protein bar)

Lunch=1100 (1lb lean ground beef and jasmine rice)

Pre workout= 80 (banana)

Dinner=1170 (3 beef burritos)

Total=3460 calories

@motterbug this is a lot of carbs and fats here especially at night, can you replace your last meal? lets say with chicken and veggies.

@LevButlerov I can start adding chicken in a couple months. I have a freezer full of beef I need to go through first. I can substitute some burrito shells for vegetables though. I’ll post another physique update in a month or 2.
