Update: I did my 3rd Dexa scan yesterday. I’m still allegedly over 20% Body Fat. I think I’ve lost more than 2.7lbs of fat and .5lb of muscle in the past 6 months.

Current protocol is TRT and Tirz(day 13 of 2mg). I’ve added photos from Oct 24 and April 2025 for reference. I think I added a decent amount of size and shaped up well.

@motterbug I dont know if you're 20% bodyfat but 17-18% sure, you can start cutting now I think you ready right?

I'd agree with that. For physique it's as much about fat under the skin as visceral (for example lining the inside of the rib cage)
 
dexa scan can be prone to human error too. just depends on who is implementing it.
 
It's possible, your 20% body fat

but I would maybe Peg you more closer to 18 or 17.
 
We expect big things out of you, for sure. You are only very early on this so give it a chance to kick in.
 
the tirzepatide will definitely help you get the best results.
