Like I said early on, I don't understand running PEDs and then fucking off your diet and/or training. Just the fact that I'm on cycle pushes me to buckle down on the diet and training.

Back when I was at my best in the 90’s my diet sucked and I missed many training sessions. I was fucked up on GHB 24 hrs a day.
 
23hr fast followed by eating some leftover chicken thighs, ground beef, and broccoli and then a carne asada salad for dinner.

This mornings training session. Last shot of the cut stack yesterday so I'm back on my trt 200mg of test cyp/week. I'm going to keep this log going as I'll still be cutting for the next 8 or so weeks. I expect the weight to come down quite a bit as the tren gets out of my system. 248lbs this morning, although much leaner than where I started at 252lbs. I'm going to guess I end up in the high 220s or low 230s by the end of the cut. I'll start a new log for my strength cycle where I plan to bump the calories back up to 2800 and run npp 300mg/week, test cyp 400mg/week, proviron 25mg/day for 12 weeks plus anadrol 50mg/day fur the last 5 weeks in an effort to hit some lifetime PRs.

@zachibew you still pushing for anadrol wont swap the tbol?

The next cycle is all about strength and I hear anadrol is the go to there.
Your wrong. Anadrol is all about size. Tbol is all strength.

I think it's pretty varied by the individual. Some powerlifters swear by anadrol, some tbol, some anavar, others superdrol. I already have the anadrol so I'll see how I react to it. I also have some para pharma Anavar 50s so I might experiment and see which I like better. I'll be the first to admit I'm new to all this but I have done a lot of research. From listening to podcasts to reading studies to watching YouTube videos. I think the only real consensus is that there isn't one. Individual variance seems enormous.

The only powerlifters that use anadrol are the super heavies. If you really want to get strong use Test Suspension and halotestin. Of course those will be harsh as hell. I wouldnt take either if you value your health and blood pressure. Its fairly common knoweledge that drol and dbol are the two biggest water retention drugs out there.
 
you can absolutely gain strength and size on anadrol
 
powerlifters will definitely use all of the above
