It quite common. To do couple of weeks low carbs and then a day of high clean carbs and lose 2kg over night. I get that often when in prep for shows. Even on trenHighest calorie day in over a month yesterday... lowest way in of 243lbs this morning. The body is weird. I figure most of that is the tren leaving my system but it's still a mind fuck to eat more and weigh less.
