I'll stay at my trt dose until mid November when I get my next blood test. Assuming everything is good I'll start npp/test/proviron at that point. Cutting until then. Goal is high 220s to low 230s.

Theres a lot of truth to this. I’ve tried to explain this to people and they just focus on that number

@zachibew lets see some updated pictures of your cutting where you're at now
 
It's pretty much the same every day. Beef, chicken, eggs, salmon, veggies. The occasional half cup of rice or sweet potato. Calories between 1800 and 2200 depending on how I feel, if it's a training day, etc. Carbs usually below 50g, bumping up to closer 100g maybe 1 day per week. Protein is 200g+. Consistent and boring.
 
This mornings workout. Strength is still good. Looking forward to getting calories back up to maintenance in a few weeks.
You must be the strongest person on the planet with those numbers in your log.
