Im talking about all your other lifts. Leg curls and extensions. I cant even do more than 150 on curls and 220 on extensions. I can squat well over 500lbs to depth while injured. I can also do RDL for 500 for pauses 1 inch off the ground but I cant do the crazy amounts of weight you have listed in your accessories. I dont even think Ronnie Coleman has done leg curls or leg ext for the weights and reps you have listed. The squats are misleading, it's a lever squat machine. My best barbell back squat is only 455lbs. Definitely not the strongest person on the planet, but as Mark bell would say "strength is never a weakness".
Rookie numbers... kiddingThis mornings workout. Strength is still good. Looking forward to getting calories back up to maintenance in a few weeks.
The leg curls maybe. Depends on how a machine is set up. I can stack or nearly stack my local gym machine but my own machine is a lot harder with less weightIm talking about all your other lifts. I've squatted 455lbs for a single. Really pushing deadlifts right now and I find my lower back is too fried trying to also squat heavy with a barbell every week. The lever squat machine gets the job done without frying my back.so how much can you do on a regular squat you think?
Every machine is different some very easy to stack other half stack. All depends on the pully ratios. Some cable machines have a 4 to 1 ratio. So need gym pim to add extra weight which really a pain in the arse. The leg curls maybe. Depends on how a machine is set up. I find a lot of machines are pretty similar at their maxes even if the numbers are different. For example, 255 on the Nautilus Nitro press feels a lot like 300 on Life Fitness or 345 on a Hoist machine, and I can get about the same number of reps, give or take, on each. With a barbell I am somewhere in the middle of those numbers.Every machine is different some very easy to stack other half stack. All depends on the pully ratios.
