You will do fine don't worry you're on the right track

nice job. para pharma gear working well for you. cutting success 20 pounds!

on days you don't sleep well just shorten your workouts
and try it again in a nap
My strongest days in the gym are when I get crappy sleep. Go figure?

Nice job with the weight loss. Progress is progress. Just keep pushing towards your goal.

Yesterday's workout. Weekend was good. Sleep was better. Still plugging away.

lack of sleep will absolutely murder a workout every time
I've stressed sleep importance on these forums for 15 years, people think that protein powder is more important than sleep and that in itself is a huge problem and why people are not getting the results they want
Getting enough good quality sleep is essential.

@zachibew I see your best sets, how many sets of each? and what was cardio like?
any diet updates for the week?
Heavy compounds are 5 sets, the isolation exercises are 3 sets. Cardio is pretty much walking and/or hikes. We take the dogs on a 2 mile loop every day and I average 13-15k steps per day. Diet is pretty much the same. 25hr fast yesterday. Ground beef, veggies, 50g sweet potatoes, and a protein drink for dinner yesterday. 236.2lbs this morning.

@zachibew make sure you add the times you fasting so we can know, seems you doing OMAD.
If you did just 1 meal add some more fish oil omega 3 to it, I only see beef/veggies/protein.

Cardio every day hiking or what?

Walk the dogs daily plus just being generally active. I kind of alternate between omad and eating at 3pm and then again at 5:30pm with the wife depending on the job I'm on. Hard to eat at 3pm when I don't get home until 5:30 on those days. Training days I eat breakfast as we lift at 2am and I find I feel like shit if I fast for 12+ hours after.

Ended up needing a new phone so I missed a few days logging. Here's this mornings workout. Didn't sleep well and strength definitely took a hit because of it. It's been a long week.
sleep is so important bro
