@zachibew 26 hours fast is a good time, you really want to get into the 48 hour fast next timeI'll probably cut my fast off at 6pm tonight, 26hrs, as I have heavy deadlifts tomorrow morning and I don't think going in to that on a 36hr fast is a good idea. Hoping to get down below 17% bodyfat between now and then and stay there while adding a couple pounds of muscle during the strength phase. I'm not trying to stay in another really long really low calorie cut like I did last year to lose the 100lbs. Trying not to go below 2200 calories during the cuts and get back up to 3000 maintance during the strength phases while recomping. Ultimately 12-15% bodyfat at 250lbs+ is where is like to end up. No need to get shredded at my age and strength is more important to me. Not in a huge rush either. If it takes me another year to get there I'm OK with that.
@zachibew good body, you lost a lot of bodyfat its clear, well doneI don't get low blood sugar issues. The diet to lose 100lbs last year was pretty much high protein keto. Nothing but meat and vegetables. Last October I even did a month of beef only just to try it out. I also mixed in some long fasts last year including a few 7 day, a 14 day, and a 21 day. Tren or not I've got no issue going 24+ hours. As you can see, I've got a way to go yet, but it's coming along.

want to see how you like the para pharmaCalories low today as I started fasting at 4pm. Also realized I mis-posted my dosage for test. 300mg/week test, 175mg tren ace, 175mg masteron is my current cycle. Lazy Sunday with the family so steps were only 6k. Protein smoothie for breakfast. Eggs and paleo sausage with jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. Early dinner 8oz salmon, 1 cup rice, and veggies.
So far I feel great. No sides to speak of. Only mild annyonce is pip with a bit of swelling for a couple days post injection but I'm new to tren and masteron and have only run test cyp before so I'm going to assume it's normal. You get used to the pip after a while, it is just something that comes with it, make sure you keep us fully updated on how the para pharma gear is working for you.
