36 hour fast is no joke broI'll probably cut my fast off at 6pm tonight, 26hrs, as I have heavy deadlifts tomorrow morning and I don't think going in to that on a 36hr fast is a good idea. Hoping to get down below 17% bodyfat between now and then and stay there while adding a couple pounds of muscle during the strength phase. I'm not trying to stay in another really long really low calorie cut like I did last year to lose the 100lbs. Trying not to go below 2200 calories during the cuts and get back up to 3000 maintance during the strength phases while recomping. Ultimately 12-15% bodyfat at 250lbs+ is where is like to end up. No need to get shredded at my age and strength is more important to me. Not in a huge rush either. If it takes me another year to get there I'm OK with that.
