Approved Log My 7 week para pharma cut stack cycle log

I'll probably cut my fast off at 6pm tonight, 26hrs, as I have heavy deadlifts tomorrow morning and I don't think going in to that on a 36hr fast is a good idea. Para pharma npp, test cyp, proviron, and anadrol ordered from Napsgear.org this weekend for my November-January strength phase. Hoping to get down below 17% bodyfat between now and then and stay there while adding a couple pounds of muscle during the strength phase. I'm not trying to stay in another really long really low calorie cut like I did last year to lose the 100lbs. Trying not to go below 2200 calories during the cuts and get back up to 3000 maintance during the strength phases while recomping. Ultimately 12-15% bodyfat at 250lbs+ is where is like to end up. No need to get shredded at my age and strength is more important to me. Not in a huge rush either. If it takes me another year to get there I'm OK with that.
36 hour fast is no joke bro

36 hour fast is no joke bro
Did 21 days to start the year, that was brutal. Black coffee and water and electrolytes only. Actually got down to 198lbs by the end of the fast but I don't count that as part of my weightloss. That put me at 128lbs in exactly 1 year, but once I started eating and better hydrating post fast I was back up to 225lbs so I only count the 101lbs down from 326lbs Jan. 2022. Been focused on building muscle and adding strength since while trying not to add any fat. Hit 253lbs before I started this cut. Still have about 30lbs of fat to lose, but I won't run a long ass low calorie cut again as the muscle and strength loss was significant. Going to balance 6-8week cuts, maintenence phases, and strength/muscle building phases until I get there how ever long that takes. Not competing, not a race, want to keep maintenence calories around 3k by not dieting too long.

Eating window varies. With my schedule training days start at 2am. On those 3 days a week I eat breakfast before work about 4am and then don't eat again until 3pm. Eating window ends at 6-6:30pm daily. On non-training days I don't eat my 1st meal until 2pm.

bros That's a good eating window. Keep insulin Low all day

I like how you very up your eating windows that is good cycle them on and off just like in real life.

What are your favorite carbs to eat?

Where did you learn how to do all this fasting from?

Nice. I like how you balance out your diet and then you do maintenance phases, that's very good and very good for your body.

para pharma cut stack log is A+++

Where did you learn how to do all this fasting from?
Started off intermittent fasting at the typical 16-8. Pushed that to 20-4. Started adding in 2-3 day fasts April 2022. Did my first 7 day that may. Watched a bunch of YouTube videos. Did a 14day in July of 2022. The 21 day was just my extreme personality. Goal was 200lbs by my 44th birthday January 22nd and I was 226lbs Jan 1st. Actually ended it with a 2 day water fast and hit 193lbs. Obviously lost a lot of muscle pushing that hard, which is why my cuts are more moderate now. Spent the last 8 months building my metabolism back up while focusing on strength. Could I drop down to 2000 calories or less and lose a bunch of weight quick? Of course I could from a discipline perspective. Would the tren keep me from losing muscle even going that low? Maybe, but where does that leave me at the end of this cut? Crashed metabolism and difficulty maintaining strength without gaining a bunch of fat. Slow and steady is the move going forward.
