Approved Log My 7 week para pharma cut stack cycle log

Eating window varies. With my schedule training days start at 2am. On those 3 days a week I eat breakfast before work about 4am and then don't eat again until 3pm. Eating window ends at 6-6:30pm daily. On non-training days I don't eat my 1st meal until 2pm.
What kinda day has you start that early??

What kinda day has you start that early??
I commute an hour and a half and work as an electrical foreman. Work starts at 6am so I'm out the door by 4:30am. Lifting days mean 2:30-3:30am at the gym, walk the dogs, shower, eat, hit the road. Fortunately our gym is one of the newer ones with key fobs and 24hr access. Most days the wife and I are the only ones there.

This mornings workout.

Damn. Rather you than me. I've done forum work at 4am on the day of a funeral but not this level every day

Neither my calorie tracking app or my workout app let me copy and paste or export. Screenshots are the best I can do. Going to keep calories between 2300-2500 on training days and drop them low on non-training days basically doing 24hr fasts. Weekends will be more normal meal timing while still keeping calories below 2500. Hit 14,500 steps yesterday. Going to keep pushing the step goal up and see what happens.
