I think those guys who have energy issues and blood sugar crashes either haven't gone low carb long enough or they are just so lean that the body isn't keeping up. I've never had those problems. My personality is all or nothing, so sticking to a plan is easy, as is going off the rails and eating a hand gallon of ice cream of I'm not on some kind of plan/training. Being on peds is just one more motivation to stay on the plan. Why train hard and take gear just to eat like shit, I can do that laying on the couch.

2300kcals today. Protein smoothie after the gym. 2 eggs and organic sausage breakfast. Chicken breast and blueberries for lunch. Carnitas and veggies for dinner with some beans and salsa. 12k steps for the day.
