Yes, low carb is by design. Body responds best to keto with high protein. I think those guys who have energy issues and blood sugar crashes either haven't gone low carb long enough or they are just so lean that the body isn't keeping up. I've never had those problems. My personality is all or nothing, so sticking to a plan is easy, as is going off the rails and eating a hand gallon of ice cream of I'm not on some kind of plan/training. Being on peds is just one more motivation to stay on the plan. Why train hard and take gear just to eat like shit, I can do that laying on the couch.

Fasted until 4:30pm, 24 hrs. Dinner was salmon, rice, salad, and a piece flat iron steak. Had a protein smoothie after. Headed to the gym now.

At what dose do you guys start seeing all the common tren sides? So far I haven't seen any acne, sweats, anxiety, or insomnia and I'm hoping it stays that way. I'm only on 175mg/week, so I'm sure that helps. I'm seeing progress already. Strength is up a bit, bodyweight is down to 248.5lbs.
 
2300kcals today. Protein smoothie after the gym. 2 eggs and organic sausage breakfast. Chicken breast and blueberries for lunch. Carnitas and veggies for dinner with some beans and salsa. 12k steps for the day.

it will come even at that dosage. the sides get worse and worse

@zachibew not all get trenbolone sides bro, maybe your body is responding fine to lower dose

I suspect it's 300mg pw plus cos I've had very little too
 
don't worry here. para pharma tren is clean
you might get less side effects than other brands will see
