I have some sad news, my post cycle therapy (sarms) has been intercepted by Australian Police, Fortunately I still have the Nova and I'll try to find some other products as soon as possible I'm due to start the post cycle next week.

- Training is going well, and I've lost 7 kilos in total since starting this journey.
- my diet is mostly carnivore, very low in carbohydrates high in fats and protein, and no alcohol this week.
