My focus is technique based, and weight loss.
For S&C I follow HWPO by Matt Fraser (Crossfit legend)
My supplements are Vitamin D, Fish oils and AG1 (which covers a massive range)

Here's a basic look at my meals for this week. I also have 1 flat white everyday.

I have some sad news, my post cycle therapy (sarms) has been intercepted by Australian Police, Fortunately I still have the Nova and I'll try to find some other products as soon as possible I'm due to start the post cycle next week.
  • Training is going well, and I've lost 7 kilos in total since starting this journey.
  • my diet is mostly carnivore, very low in carbohydrates high in fats and protein, and no alcohol this week.

@MMAKID008 why would they take your PCT? I dont get it, makes no sense since its safe stuff.

nice food pictures you can't beat the amount of protein and good fats and that diet
