Hello everbody. Here is my log as requested.

My stats:

184cm
80kg
10-12% BF
I'm training for armwrestling.

Diet:

Flexible diet consisting of primarily chicken, tuna white rice, potato, spinach, berries, greek yogurt etc.

Cals right now are between 2800-3000 depending on the day.

Supplements:

Whey protein, creatine. Sometimes pre-workout.

Peptides: Over the last few months, I experienced elbow pain and used BPC-157. Currently, I am not using it.

Training:

3 days of arm wrestling-specific training, 2 days with weights, and the third day involves table time with partners.
On other days, I was using PPL. In the next training block, I plan to skip leg day to avoid gaining too much weight in the lower body. I haven't decided yet how I'll change it.
Quick back story:


My last cycle was 12 weeks Test 400mg/wk+ 50mg anadrol. I didn't gained much strength, probably the Anadrol was fake (kenwoo pharma).

I currently on Test 200mg/week.

Next planned cycle:

I'm at the weight limit, but the next time I compete, I'm not planning to go under 75kg so I have room to gain 5-6kg of lean tissue. I don't want too much water weight; I aim to gain weight dry.

I received some suggestions from you guys on which compound I should use. My plan is to use test+eq+tbol. Some of you suggested tren too, but that's horrible because I need endurance.

Any advice is welcomed. Thanks for the help.

I would stay by taking a picture of the test for us lets see what you using

and to add to the cycle 300mgs equipoise and 50mgs tbol with 7caps n2guard
no tren dont worry about it

on the diet, can you record what you eat meals foods and when you eat them
on the training, a bit more detail exercises and so on
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I can see a picture and your avatar but please make sure you update us on pictures ahead of time
 
you owe it to yourself to try anadrol again to see if you react better to the real stuff
 
you have to make sure you get legitimate gear this time
 
very important to record your full diet and be detailed

Thanks for the advice. Should I go up with the test or stay on 200mg/w?

I'll take pictures of myself during training. I've already logged my food, but it's not in English; I will switch the language.

I will log my training as well, but first, I want to figure out the plan.
