Currently on TRT at 250mg/wk
Bulk: Values below are starting mg/wk. Thinking to go up a bit as I move along.
250mg/wk test E
300mg/wk Deca
300mg/wk EQ
50mg/day Tbol weeks 1-4
3iu HGH daily pre morning fasted cardio
Livsupport 52
Bulk diet:
Starting macros around 2500cals/270C/55F/240P
Current workout split will be an Arnold split
I will amend this once I can get back to heavy lifting and getting more cals in.

Weekends- OFF
Cardio will be 20min, 4 times per week.
