This log will include my 2023/2024 bulk into 2024 competition season. Show will be sometime in a July 2024

Current weight 88.9kg.
Trying to touch 100
+/-??

Currently on TRT at 250mg/wk

Bulk:
Values below are starting mg/wk. Thinking to go up a bit as I move along.
250mg/wk test E
300mg/wk Deca
300mg/wk EQ
50mg/day Tbol weeks 1-4
3iu HGH daily pre morning fasted cardio

Livsupport 52


Bulk diet:
Starting macros around 2500cals/270C/55F/240P

Current workout split will be an Arnold split
I will amend this once I can get back to heavy lifting and getting more cals in.
Monday-Push1
Tuesday-Pull1
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Push2
Friday-Pull2
Weekends- OFF
Cardio will be 20min, 4 times per week.

Hopefully you guys can help me tweak anything that needs tweaking! Appreciated!

lets start with the cycle, all clean but I would up the tbol to 6 weeks from 4 weeks and add organ liver suport like n2guard once you finish livsuport 52, n2guard is stronger

the diet part, the macros are tight but we need to see the actual foods, can you please share meals and foods and when you eat them
and a few meal pictures too as you go

macros don't tell the whole story that's why we need to know exactly what you're eating pictures to would be great
 
what kind of supplementation are you currently on?

notes on your phone that's what I do and it's easy to use that for trial and error
