Brief overview:
I'm Harry, and I'm from Sydney. I'm 5 feet 10 inches tall. In the first week of my cycle, my weight was 69 kilograms or 152 pounds. My upper body and arms are thin, but I have excess fat in my lower abdomen and love handles. This might be due to the fact that I used to weigh 127 kilograms or 279 pounds back in 2014, and I underwent weight loss surgery. It's possible that the issue I'm facing now is excess skin in my lower abdomen, which is still causing me a lot of concern. From my childhood, I've consistently had a lower resting heart rate and BP. I've noticed that even when I take significant doses of multiple PEDs, my heart rate and BP stay the same. This remains true even during weeks 6 to 10 of my cycle (see below).

UGL PEDs:
Ran a short cycle for 8 weeks in 2017 with TEST E, EQ and Tren for the last 4 weeks only.
Ran the Sarms cycle for 8 weeks in 2018. LGD 4033, Cardarine and MK.

JULY 2023
I utilize a 25g needle that is one and a half inches long. I administer injections to both my glutes and both my deltoid muscles, allowing each area 8 days to recover from the injection.
Week 1-6 - TEST E 250mg and Tren E 100 per week, but injected only once a week.
Week 6-10 - TEST E 800mg, NPP 400 mg and TREN E 400 mg, all three divided and injected EOD.
Week 6-8 - Anadrol 50 mg ED 2 hours before Gym, skipped sometimes, twice a week.

My remarks regarding PED’s:
I began this cycle with a minimal amount of Tren because I had a positive experience with it in 2018, which significantly boosted my sex drive. The reason I decided to start this cycle was due to concerns about my libido and comments from others regarding my slender appearance, despite carrying some extra fat in my lower abdomen.

During the first 6 weeks,
I injected TEST and TREN E only once a week, believing that both are long esters. I didn't experience any problems, but what made me really happy was that I had a constant high sex drive. This was a significant factor because my decreased libido was the primary reason my wife allowed me to use performance-enhancing drugs. During these six weeks, my weight went up from 69 kilograms to 78 kilograms [approximately 152 pounds to 172 pounds].

Starting from week 6,
I decided to increase the dosage and incorporate NPP and Androl based on the details mentioned earlier. I think NPP played a vital role in increasing the size of my biceps and giving my shoulders a more defined appearance. While I initially thought that TREN could achieve similar muscle fullness and volume but I didn't experience the same results as I did with NPP, which was my primary goal. Although Androl was part of the regimen, I still believe that it was NPP that contributed to the desired muscle fullness.
After 2 weeks of use, I had to discontinue my use of Anadrol in the 8th week of my cycle because, first, it wasn't providing the same initial boost it did when I started, and second, I noticed the onset of slight acne on my forehead and experienced mild hair loss, which was a new development for me.

NEED YOUR REMARKS, On Week 8 to 10(while writing), and future plan
At the moment, I'm in my 10th week where I'm taking TEST E at 800mg, NPP at 400mg, and TREN E at 200mg. I've noticed that my libido has been somewhat affected by this combination. It's not extremely bad, and it's still functional, but it's not as strong as it was when I was initially using a lower dose of TEST and TREN once a week. Nevertheless, I intend to continue following this routine for an additional 4 weeks because I'm noticing significant improvements in my physique, except for my lower abdomen and love handles.
After that, in order to achieve a more defined look, I intend to switch to a combination of TEST and Masteron for 4 weeks before transitioning to a cruising phase. I plan to maintain a cruising dose of 200 TEST E along with either 100 Masteron or 100 Primo.

Diet
First thing in the morning:
25g Dymatize ISO Hydro Protein shake in milk with a banana

Just after an hour of the first Protein shake:
Oats and coffee, 6-7g protein but this meal is just for carbs and enjoying coffee.

Throughout the Day (as snacks):
6 low-fat cheese slices, but no more than 2 at a time (each slice has 5g of protein)
15g protein banana pudding pac

Lunch:
A variety of meals with a minimum of 20g of protein

Afternoon Snack:
20g tuna and beans packet

During Exercise (in the Gym):
50g Dymatize ISO Hydro protein shake, consumed slowly with water over about 1.5 hours

Dinner:
A meal with a minimum of 20g of protein

Before Bedtime:
25g Dymatize ISO Hydro protein shake


Exercise:
Exercise Routine
: 5 Days a Week
Timing: Gym right after work, typically around 3 PM.
Duration: Spend about 1.5 hours at the gym each day.
Frequency: Work out 5 days a week.
Focus: Usually target 2 different body parts in a single session.
Rep Range: I don't keep a strict count of the repetitions but aim to push until I can't complete any more reps, which usually falls in the range of 6 to 12 reps.
Sets and rest: 3-4 sets of each exercise with a maximum rest time of 90 seconds.
Favourite Technique: You enjoy using drop sets during your workouts to challenge yourself further.

For now, this part of your cycle I would completely drop the NPP, you'll see libido go up and you'll feel better.

diet, you need to give us way more details not "meal with minimum 20 grams of protein", that could be a mcdonalds burger or a protein shake you see what we mean? details is the things we need

training we need way more details actual exercises sets and reps you do and how much and what cardio As you Go not just 1 time so we can see your progress thats crucial

Blimey, mate! After copping a squiz at all these questions, I couldn't resist gettin' me creative juices flowin' while havin' a cheeky dunny break. So here's a bit of extra info for ya, fair dinkum. I reckon I'll chuck in some more deets about me exercises on me next dunny visit, ya reckon? Gotta make the most of that dunny inspiration, haha! Bloody ripper!

My Lunches at 11.30 am
For lunch, I chow down on a tucker of stir-fried veggies, rice, and chook breast. Bloody ripper, I tell ya! I mix it up with sauces like Honey-Soy and Sweet n Sour. I reckon Chef Jake Owens on YouTube has the best meal prep recipes goin'. Since me surgery, I gotta watch me portion sizes, so they're a bit smaller than usual.

My Dinners 6.30 pm
Dinnertime is a bit of a mixed bag for me. I'll flip between chuckin' a pan-fried fish on the barbie or goin' for a hundy grams of lean beef, lamb, or if I'm feelin' fancy, the odd bit of pork. I pair it up with steamed veggies and rice, keepin' it real healthy, ya know? Just like me lunches, me portions are on the smaller side 'cause of the surgery.

Now, let me tell ya 'bout some of me favorite dinner combos! Picture this: half a souvlaki roll filled to the brim with mushies, onions, and sizzlin' stir-fried lamb, all topped with a dollop of heavenly tzatziki sauce. Bloody bonza, mate!

But there's more! Sometimes I whip up a chicken mince and mushie spaghetti. Now, I don't go overboard with the cream and parmesan cheese, just a little dash to keep things tasty. Gotta have a bit of indulgence, right?
