Approved Log My bulking LOG after 10 years of weightloss surgery

it's time to gradually start increasing how much you're doing 50 kg isn't very much at all
 
Exercise log for yesterday

Warm-up: 20 min Stairmaster, HR 100-120
Deadlifts: 3x8, 90 kg
Bent-Over Rows: 3x10, 50 kg
Lat Pulldowns: 3x10, 50 kg
Pull-Ups: 3x10, body weight
Barbell Bicep Curls: 3x10, 30 kg
Hammer Curls: 3x12, 15 kg dumbbells
Concentration Curls: 3x10/arm, 15 kg dumbbells

I would appreciate some advice as I am about to embark on a self-administered TRT this weekend.
trt 150-250mg test hit mon and thurs in split dose
 
Best thing to do with self-TRT is to start low. I would actually start at 75-100mg per week and see where that gets you. Work up from there if necessary.
