Approved Log My bulking LOG after 10 years of weightloss surgery

this weekend are you going to train at all or are you going to just chill?

is this a workout that you put together or did you have a copy off something you saw in a magazine or something?
I reckon I'm a bit baffled with all them mixed opinions floatin' around. It's a real head-scratcher, especially when it's comin' from the veterans of this forum, not just the newbies.

I gave it a fair dinkum crack to update all the required info. But it's a real mixed bag of feedback. Some reckon my log's spot on, while others say it's a bit all over the shop.

Mate, me life's as busy as a blue-arsed fly, workin' at least six days a week and takin' care of a family with three little ankle biters. But I'm givin' it me all to keep up with this forum. It took me a fair whack of time to scribble down what yous' asked for, so it's a real stunner to cop a remark like that.

If you ain't gonna believe it even after I chucked up me transformation photos, then I reckon there ain't a thing in this world that'll do the trick.

Puttin' it straight, mate.
"I swear on me boots that every word I write in this log, I dinkum do in real life. I know that fakin' it would be a deadset waste of your time and mine, and time's a real tricky thing for me to juggle with me busy life."

If that ain't enough to satisfy ya, then please accept me apology, mate, 'cause there's nothin' else I can do to make ya believe, with all due respect. Cheers!

so anything you add to TRT knocks you off TRT technically
Yeah, mate, I've copped that advice from a fair few seasoned fellas, but then I tuned into the EVO podcast and caught Vigorous Steve on YouTube, and he's all for throwin' in a low dose of Masteron, at least if we can't get our mitts on some legit Primo.

Bit of a head-scratcher, I reckon. But I'm keen to do the right thing, takin' on board the wisdom of the old hands on this forum, and go from there. Cheers for your remark, mate!

bros 100mgs of masteron a week not much.. wont do much of anything IMO
Righto, mate, just before your shout, Roidder chimes in, sayin' not to chuck anything extra into TRT. I've still got a few weeks to gather the wisdom of all you seasoned blokes and sort out TRT protocol. Cheers, mate!

If you concentrate most of your time in the three big lifts you won’t need to waste any time doing multiple exercises. Train more like a power lifter and you will get freaking strong. This will allow you to grow faster as you have the strength advantage over most. Example below.

Squats 5x5
Leg press 3x10
RDL 3x10
If your not fried do some box jumps.

Bench 5x5
Close grip bench 3x10
Wide grip bench 3x10
If your not fried do push-ups.

Deadlifts 5x5
Rows 3x10
Shrugs 3x10
Lat pull downs 3x10
You will be fried. Go home eat.

Arms and rear delts can be done on separate day with anything else that needs light strict reps.

That sounds fair dinkum to me, mate. Instead of doing a whole stack of different isolation exercises, it'll save me some time too. Thanks for the feedback, cheers!

@Harry3318 i think he's just asking to make sure to see where it's from

and waiting for your log to be spot on, when are we going to see actual updates? I see explanations but no updates that are legit
you know dedication is going to be your key and a log keeps you accountable

I understand this totally. Just give us what ya can brother.

Based on the guidance of experienced individuals in this community, I've decided to decrease the dosages of my last two injections (I inject EOD).

Consequently, now my weekly dose of TEST E has been reduced from 800 to 600, NPP from 400 to 300, and Tren from 400 to 200.

I must admit, I'm not particularly fond of my veins becoming overly prominent, but there's a rather pronounced zigzag cluster of veins in my right bicep that has become quite visibly apparent. During workouts, it almost feels as though they might burst!

Now, here's an update on yesterday's exercise log, there has been a slight improvement, albeit not significant.

Warm-up: 10 minutes on Stair Master to 125 heart rate for continuous 4 mins in the middle of cardio.

Deadlifts: 2 sets of 18 reps with weights of 132 pounds and then, 2 sets of 10 reps with 198 pounds.

Bent-Over Rows: 3 sets of 12 reps with weights of 110 pounds.

Lat Pulldowns: 2 sets of 16 reps with weights of 77 pounds and then 2 sets of 12 reps with weights of 110 pounds.

Pull-Ups: 2 sets of 10 reps with body weight and then 2 more sets of 8 reps.

Barbell Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 10 reps (drop set on each with 33 pounds) with weights of 66 pounds.

Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 12 reps with weights of 35 lbs per dumbbell.

Concentration Curls: 3 sets of 10 reps per arm with weights of 35 lbs per dumbbell.

I have approximately 4 to 5 weeks remaining in my bulking phase before making the transition to a cruise phase. Will be my first cruise as I decided not to go PCT path.

Before moving into a cruise phase and aiming to refine my physique, I'm considering a 4-week cycle that includes TEST P, Mast P, and a 25mg oral Winnie.

Afterwards, I plan to cruise using 125-150mg of TEST and 100-150mg of Mast. Are there any thoughts or advice you can offer regarding this?

I would say to really increase the weight on your deadlifts and lower the volume down when you start the new phase in 4 weeks. Right now your just trying to get the perfect form down. You should be doing 315 5x5 soon. Don’t overdo it and make sure to take small jumps each week. Don’t go to failure on them. Each week go up 10lbs per side and lower the working set reps by 1 so next week do 9 reps. Only do these once every 7 days. Never do deadlifts more than once per week.

Also forgot to mention that when you do leg day don’t do regular RDL after squats. Take a pair of light dumbells and lean your quads up against a smith machine bar and do them with ultra strict slow form. I did 35lb dumbells and went 1/2 inch from touching floor and don’t come up all the way. This allows for maximum muscle contraction in the hams/glutes.

@Harry3318 first very smart you're reducing steroid intake, not increasing, perfect
dont worry your veins wont burst, thats vascularity bro its normal

exercise log is good, you training well I see you doing labs but you need to do lab pulldowns for a set of 50 too , slow and high rep to bump the back

where is cardio in the end? lets close the workout with 15min cardio

@Harry3318 cruise is basically self-TRT and IMO doing a 4 week cycle is a waste of your time and money

I suggest you do self-TRT testosterone ONLY for 4 weeks before you start cutting up.

150mgs testosterone enanthate or cypionate/week split dose
7caps n2guard/day split dose (organ liver support)
10mgs cardarine gw/day split dose (cardio boost during self trt)

Can cardarine effect deep sleep?

@RoidRage69 generally speaking, the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) agonists (like cardarine gw501516) dont impact sleep, they have no direct tie-in with sleep issues that I've seen either with clients or anecdotally
