JackedToday i did shoulders. I always start with focus on the rear delt thats something i see many people neglect i use to do the same misstake and i did not have good rear delts until i change my training to focusing on the rear more and that made my delts pop more.
pre workout meal 350g sweet potato - 1 scoop whey isolate - 2g pink salt
1. lying Machine fly with my head to the bench 4 x 10-12 reps (rear delt)
2. sitting dumbel raises one armed (rear delt)
4 x 10-12 reps
3. standing dumbel raises to the side (side head)
4. Sitting machine press for the (front head)

I think it's normal. I'm taking 2 iu and don't notice anything. When I was taking 3Guys is it normal to have lots of water around legs and ankles on hgh my upperbody very dry but lower part is watery and swolllen especially my ankles and feets. only using 2iu x 2 everyday so 4iu
I’m sure it’s prob nothing but adema can be a sign of more serious issues.
