Tomorrow i will lower my carbs meal 5 will be protein/veggies

here is the new diet plan

Cycle anavar 20mg added to the cycle

6 weeks out now need to push to get dry...

Meal 1

70g oats

50g berries

40g whey iso

10g peanutbutter



Meal 2: pre workout

70g cream of rice/1 scoop whey iso or

200g sweetpotato/125g chicken breast

10g peanutbutter



Post workout meal 3

70g low fat cereal/rice cakes with low sugar jam

1 scoop whey iso

5g creatine



Meal 4

50g uncooked white rice

150g chicken breast



Meal 5

150g chicken breast

125g veggies



Meal 6

3 whole eggs

1 scoop whey iso

20g peanutbutter

i see you doing a lot of peanut butter I had clients do that too but can you swap for walnut butter or almond butter? better omega 3 mix
