Hi everyone,

So this is a lead on from my previous cycle of Igf-Lr3, clen and retatrutide cycle where I got down to about 86kg at 11% body fat.

Currently I'm sitting at about 102.5 kg and and I'm unsure of body fat %

I've been on

Wildcat labs test e 500mg per week
Wildcat labs tren e 400mg per week for week 1-4
Wildcats labs tren e 600mg per week for the rest of the cycle
Wildcat labs anadrol 50-100mg per day for four weeks

I have put on some good gains at about 14kg of muscle and the only sides I've gotten from the tren so far is a few sleepless nights which I've tried belsomra, which didn't do anything for me, Melatonin which didn't do shit and I'm currently writing this waiting for the ambience to kick in.

My diet has been somewhat clean eating at about 3600cals a day consisting of mostly ready made muscle chef meals and core power foods as I'm moving between houses ATM and this has been alot easier than trying to meal preparation.

While training sometimes twice a day in the morning at 6:45 at a HIIT style gym and then in the afternoon with the bro's usually doing a back and bi's, chest and tri's, arms, legs splits.

I feel like I've stalled a bit with my muscle gain as I've just upped my tren dosage as I said the only side affects I was getting was the sleepless nights.

Also this gear is gtg I've just done some tests on it which all look to be dosed correctly.


First photo is where I started just over a year ago second photos is after about a year or less and the third and fourth photo is of me thismorning.

Today I also did a testing kit to see the presence of anadrol which came out as conclusively anadrol.
Also the tren e was above the 200mg range
And the test e was also above the 200mg range

Please let me know if you know anything I can do to either progress or just your opinions or thoughts.

A trick for sleeping while on tren is make sure you are spreading out your carbs during the day and maybe drink some juice before bed and have some handy during the night
Also make sure you’re keeping your room very cold

Thanks bro! I'm not really heating up at all after eating carbs and I'm not really getting any night sweats.

Although last night I slept like a baby on 15
mg of zolpidem or ambien. Which was awesome omg I haven't had a night like that in ages!

@donkeypunchbub great share, I followed your other log, the EVO family loves you :) you look great in the pics, tight and growing body

Cycle
tren and anadrol will be harsh I would cut the tren dose to 200mgs when you on anadrol and rest of cycle 400mgs
imo you can get good results with under 400mgs tren

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

what supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

don't make a habit of using sleep drugs to help you sleep

2 issues with them

1. you can/will become dependent on them
2. when you use sleep aids you actually prevent your body going into a deep sleep. same concept as when you wake up from surgery and feel horrible groggy after they put you down.
 
make sure you're getting in some nutrition during the day
that will help with the side effects
 
I'm gonna recommend lowering tren dose
your sleep is very important don't neglect it
 
i bet if you lowered the test dose that would improve side effects
you are getting a double whammy
