This mornings workout felt really good. Starting to bump the weight up. I haven't used 75lb DBs in a long time and my last set this morning of 75lbs for 8 reps was really easy. Going to shoot for using 85lb DBs next week. Also, I've never stacked var & proviron, and man it feels so good. The var gets that pump going as usual, but the proviron makes that pump solid like a freaking rock..I love it.

I believe I shared before that we cook chicken, turkey, rice & veggies and add it to our dogs dry food. When my wife makes the chicken & veggies, I take a bowl of it and mix it with a 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup, and heat it up. It is basically like the inside of a chicken pot pie, but no crust. It's a good healthy meal especially if you are maintaining, instead of a strict cutting.

Oh I know I can cut it, like low carb, Atkins, Keto..the weight falls off me. What I have a problem with is doing it correctly, with keeping protein about 200 & calories around 2000..that is really hard for me

you can do that get a few chicken breasts that will boost you easy bro :)
