I thought I did attach this pic when I sent that, I apologize...here it isnice sunny pic would be nice @dominion7
@dominion7 I am sure the pups are happy!I believe I shared before that we cook chicken, turkey, rice & veggies and add it to our dogs dry food. When my wife makes the chicken & veggies, I take a bowl of it and mix it with a 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup, and heat it up. It is basically like the inside of a chicken pot pie, but no crust. It's a good healthy meal especially if you are maintaining, instead of a strict cutting.

I'm not going to train this week. I posted a heart scan about 3 or 4 weeks ago I had done after I lost a friend. It came back 0% plaque in arteries, best score you can get. However, my doc went over the report and it said the main artery feeding the heart is dilated to 41mm. He said those scans specifically are looking for plaque, so it could be not looking at the correct angle. So he is sending me for CT scans Friday just to be safe. If it is dilated he is sending me to a cardiologist because it could be an aneurysm. So, going to chill this week
41mm is nothing brother, and those scans over worry people a lot imo @dominion7I'm not going to train this week. I posted a heart scan about 3 or 4 weeks ago I had done after I lost a friend. I did read something about 51mm is when surgery is required41mm is nothing brother, and those scans over worry people a lot imo @dominion7

Everything is cool brother, thx for asking. My scans needed done with "contrast" so they rescheduled everything to this Thursday so it could be done in the hospital instead of an imaging center. It pissed me off because I wasn't notified until the day before my appointment. I've just been chilling, doing push-ups & some dumbbell work at home and getting full 8hrs sleep each night instead of 6 & 5hrs sleep & getting up at 4am..it wears you down. But I feel pretty good & refreshed, and cruising with my pct. Proviron, HCGENERATE & TRTHope everything is well brother!
