When Trump took office the first time, interest rates drop and the housing market boomed... I sold my house and cleared about 95K. So I paid off some debt and put a good down payment on this place..not much house, only 1480sq feet..but the property is nice.. hopefully to leave for my kids when I'm gone..

Whitetail deer, rifle season is open. Nothing yet..he did get a nice in 2021. His first time hunting deer, 1st winter on this property, a nice 10 point buck
