In 2014-15 I had a hard and long time on losing weight. In a year, I lost 78lbs. Two things made my metabolism drop a lot: very low carb, and fasting. My nutritionist had a maquine to check the metabolism through indirect calorimetry. The metabolism dropped around 20% after low carb and fasting. There are other reasons as well. Strict diets raise your estradiol due to the stress.

So it’s the reason that I’m training max 10sets per muscle, and max 90min per day (normally 1hour).
Also, no cardio yet; waiting for losing a bit more weight
 
I’ll send some pictures by the this weekend. Meanwhile, here are some parameters of my 1,500kcal diet, and weight graphics

Training for decades, with some years out of gym.
Current on ABC, 6x/week: chest+shoulder+triceps/ back+bic/ Legs. Maximum 90min of training/day, and 10sets per muscle.No cardio

In an aggressive cutting, 1500kcal/day: 40% carbs, 45% ptn, 15% fat, in 3 main meals + 3 small ones.

250mg T + 50mg Deca per week (since July 2024).

Weight on March 2nd: 253lbs (-18lbs).

Next steps: Include cardio, masteron, and cycle carbs.

Goal: 210lbs
60lbs. All fat I guess.

Thank you, I do not do fasting. First meal 8am, last meal 8pm. If from 8pm to 8am is fasting, so 12hs. I prefer to be in high caloric deficit, but eating each 3hs.
can you up the fasting to IF 16 hours? 16/8 @Saboya

Comparison between today and 5 weeks ago, when I started the diet. Less 23lbs (-10.4kg)
