Besides just posting, how many calories you're getting in your Macros.
The diet is simple with no secret:

Breakfast:
4 eggs + coffee, or day after leg days:
30gr ptn whey iso+ 100gr strawberry + 500ml almond milk

Snack 1:
Apple

Lunch:
150gr sweet potato
200gr cooked chicken breast
100gr tomatoes
100gr carrots
Portion of arugula

Snack 2:
Orange or Apple

Snack 3:
30gr ptn whey iso + psyllium

Dinner:
150gr sweet potato
200gr chicken breast or fish (tilapia)
300gr carrots+ tomatoes+arugula

Daily:
3x Omega 3 1200mg
Zinc
Magnesium
vit C
Vit D - 10,000iu
B12


I'm playing sometimes with carbs. When is day off, I reduce carbs (-100gr), and on leg days, and the day after, +100gr carbs
